Finchbakery Avis 21

I ordered five small cake jars for my mam's birthday earlier in the week. I'd been toying with ordering from FB for a while and decided to finally do it. We got the chocolate fudge, chocolate fudge with mint, golden syrup, sticky toffee with banoffee, and old school cake jars. They arrived a day later than expected thanks to DHL being as useful as a chocolate kettle, but we're both incredibly happy with what we've received. The chocolate fudge cake and sticky toffee with banoffee are insanely good. We tasted a spoonful of each to try them first, and kept gravitating back to the sticky toffee and chocolate fudge to the point I know they're not going to last the day. Better still, we can freeze four of the five jars, so don't feel rushed to eat it all at once and get to properly enjoy them instead. Very happy and will absolutely order again.

Ordered specific flavours of brownie to be sent for a birthday gift. Didn’t get what I had ordered. Emailed to ask but they couldn’t be bothered to reply as they’d already had my money.

I was sent a mixed box of Finch Bakery blondies and brownies as a gift. Everything was impressive… Delivery time, packaging and attention to detail therein and above all the quality of the sweet treats. Delicious. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered online, the brownies and blondies tasted stale, like they had been made a week or so ago! Also really dry and over done. No-one in the house liked them unfortunately went in the bin! Also very expensive for what they are! My teenage daughter had seen their Instagram and wanted to go and try. Thought maybe it was a bad batch and I'd give it another go as it was her birthday, she got some form of cookie and a cake jar and I got a slab of kinder 'cake' it was way to sickly, overly sweet, and quite hard. Couldn't eat it. Daughter said basically the same about the cookie and I'm sorry but the cake jar was awful. I would've complained but I've seen the attitude the owners give to people online so didn't bother. Won't be going or ordering online again. Over priced and doesn't taste great!

I’ve ordered many times from Finch Bakery and they came really quickly. The quality of the bakes is insane and I’ve never had any problems with them before. Their customer service is amazing and they helped a lot with questions regarding a recipe purchase.

Bought a brownie at recent food festival (Clitheroe). Was good. Prob get again.

Delicious I have serious trouble not eating everything as soon as I open it. Very good value in my opinion and since you can freeze them one order can last a while.

I found Finch Bakery on Tik Tok. I ordered several items and received them yesterday. I had visitors over and we all sampled several of the cakes. 1 is too much for anyone to eat in 1 go as they are quite large. They are very rich. I will order again in the future.

I've ordered the 12 piece brownie and blondie boxes on two separate occasions for friend's birthdays (and one time for myself!) They've always gone down well and in excellent condition considering they have travelled so far - looking forward to ordering again

Disappointing!

As a regular visitor to the shops, I decided to order a dipping box for my wife at a cost of £18 including delivery. I couldn’t believe how small the pieces are. Very overpriced.

Please don’t retire the white choc and raspberry blondies.

On a serious note, always delivered on time and everything arrives in one piece, beautifully presented and packaged! Scrumptious!

Ordered a mixed box of brownies and blondies on a Weds and they arrived on the Friday. Generous portion sizes and really delicious filling combinations.

No fault of the bakery but my brownies didn’t arrive next day. Took 4 days and arrived in quite a state, wont be eating them which is a shame.
My only negative is Finch haven’t responded to me, 3 Facebook messenger and an email over two days yet no reply at all. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.
Don’t think I would order again, not because of the product just based on complete lack of a response when messaging. Such a shame as I have seen alot of great reviews, sadly that wasn’t my experience.

BEST brownies! You will not be disappointed! The best postal surprise!
