Part of light fitting replacement - smooth and easy!
I had broken one of the light fitting glass orbs and Find A Light team could not have been more helpful. They were quick to respond and liaise with the supplier as the item was out of stock. I revived the replacement very promptly with great communication from Find A Light team all the way through. Very impressed with the service!

Great service
Great service, bought a glass lampshade, unfortunately when it arrived one glass panel was broken, informed findalight replied back in minutes, they sent out a replacement within a few days. Will definitely be using them again, couldn’t recommend them enough

So far I've placed a couple of orders and the customer service I received was excellent. A call to let me know my order was a couple of weeks away was greatly appreciated. I wasn't in a hurry but if I was that call would've been extra appreciated. I love the products I've bought and I'm already looking forward to purchasing more (in the middle of a house build)

Light delivered to West Waterford within 24 hours. Plenty of updates from company to let me know the status of my order. 100% would recommend to a friend when looking to order light fittings. We got 60cm hanging pendant. Delighted with our purchase

Light weight Unit
Smaller shaft / trunk than expected, insufficient space for regulation shielded outdoor cabling. Fixings are basic and light weight will need something much more substantial for a garden wen the lawnmower is likely hit. definitely won't survive any vehicle brushing against them. These are replacing lights that are in place for 25 years so I expect that these will last 2-3 years based on a comparison with the existing units
