They tried to charge me $200 when I never seen a therapist the appointments was for 6 AM. They called me at 4 AM. Then I said I won’t be able to answer cause it’s too early because they called me two hours before hand they were only supposed to charge me $45 for not showing up, they charge me $200

Getting the help that I need
I'm getting the help that I need and I'm feeling a huge difference from where I was before I started therapy. And the fact that my insurance covers the treatment is a huge bonus.

Octave was great from the start..
Octave was great from the start... From helping verify that my insurance covered my sessions and clearly informing me of my co-pay per session; no hidden fees; has a pool of great therapists and did a great job of matching me to 2 awesome clinicians; regular follow-up surveys; and just overall great customer service!

I have been seeing Dr.Horner for over 1.5 yrs . I have found him to be incredibly compassionate and easy to talk to. I feel that I am in safe space that allowed me to open up, which I haven’t felt with other providers.
He listens to me and has helped me so much. I’m very grateful for him.

Extremely qualified professionals
My therapist was extremely kind, empathic and professional. She listened to me and helped with my issues. I felt so empowered after our sessions. I’d participate in therapy on the regular, if it was not so expensive.
