We spent quite a bit of time browsing the profiles before becoming premium. When we decided to upgrade, there weren't any surprises. It took us longer than it probably would have with an agency, but we saved a lot of money doing it this way. We also used the cost calculator early on, which helped us work out how much we should budget for the whole process.
Good experience overall, although it took some patience. We messaged quite a few surrogates and only 1 out of 3 replied, so don't expect everyone to get back to you. It took us about 4 months to find our match. The site is easy to use, and we really liked that the profiles are verified. That's not something you always see on platforms like this.
