After over a month and a half of no communication and no delivery I can only presume I am not going to receive my order. I have tried emailing and have had no comments back. Not what you need near Christmas when you have budgeted!

Robbed!

I see I am not the only one to be sent a ring several sizes too large. Ordered a ring for my wife. Had her finger measured and was a UK T which is equivalent to 62 on the size chart on tranquility website. The ring I received was too big. I brought the ring to a professional jeweler who measured it and confirmed that the ring is significantly larger than a size T — it appears to be somewhere between a UK size W and Z. I took photos which I emailed to tranquility but got an email to say they are on a Pause, what ever that means. I am left out of pocket with a ring that would fit a giant! Very disappointing. And I’m sure illegal.

Retuned rings and got no refund

Bought 2 rings on 25th May. When I received them they were not the correct size. They were several sizes bigger. I contacted support and was told that they had a no return policy on sale items. I reminded them of my rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (applicable in the UK), customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This statutory right overrides store policies and promotional terms, including those stated during sales.

I was emailed a return form and posted them back the same day 3rd June. I waited for my refund but nothing. So I am now out of pocket for the cost of the rings £54 and the £15 it cost me to post them back to the Republic of Ireland. I emailed support but got an automated response saying they are on a “pause”. On a pause with my rings and my money. Absolutely robbery.

Terrible

Like the previous reviewer I too bought a ring from this company (size 62), when it eventually arrived it was massive, had it measured at a jewellers and it is three sizes bigger (size 65). I have reach out to this company on numerous occasions, the initial email I received said they were “taking a pause” and my follow up emails have all been ignored. Well they maybe “taking a pause” (whatever that means) but this does not absolve them of their responsibilities to existing customers.
Call me cynical but I feel like they knowingly have just sent out whatever they had to get rid of stock knowing they were “taking a pause”.
If you go on their website it is basically also “on pause”, you can’t access anything.
Such a shame because the product is lovely.
One thing is for sure it’s not doing anything for my tranquillity!
Please stop ignoring your existing customers.

Do not shop from this business!!

Do not shop from this website!! I was just about to order a €95 ring for my daughter because I liked the fidget spinner aspect to it. I then randomly googled "fidget spinner jewellery" and Ali Express popped up. They are buying these products from China for LITERAL PENNIES and making a huge mark up on them. Scam artists. Avoid!

Amazing, my wife loves it, delivery was really quick. Could have came in discreet packaging but the ring is 1st class.

Love their rings

Love their rings! Sadly one broke but their customer service was exceptional, Mark supported me and sorted issues and could send a replacement.

7 months for a ring & received the wrong one

I got a ring in June 2024 as a present, the sizing was wrong so I sent it back for a new size in June. I reached out multiple times looking for an update & was informed the ring would be restocked soon.
On 18th Dec I finally received my order, of the WRONG ring. I reached out informing them they sent the wrong ring. I got no reply. Today I received another completely random ring.

Extremely bad customer service & very disappointed given the fact I waited months for a ring & they sent me twice the wrong ring, still not received the one I asked for. Bizarre!
Would not recommend.

Waited a month and they haven’t come!

I ordered my rings a little over a month ago and after much hustle from my end trying to find out where they have ended up, they haven’t even gave me a proper reply!
I still haven’t got the rings and they were for my daughter’s GCSE mocks as she has adhd and these rings really help her! I was hoping for better service but it seems not.
