Worst company! They still haven’t paid me back on orders they have cancelled! Keep sending emails with lies about how they never charged. After sharing screenshot, they said they would refund me, and instead of that. They charged me again. I know 20 other people with similar experiences and we are all going to write a review of this place! Only fake reviews showing the illusion of a well being company. Anything but a good experience!

Last week I stopped at the Fitchburg location of The Healthy Place. I have been shopping at this store for 13 years and my experience was exactly what I expected – amazing! These employees not only excel at helping me find what I'm looking for, they are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I'd give them 10 stars if it were an option.

I love the Healthy Place! Whenever I have questions on ways to improve my mental and physical health, Tim and his team have always helped me find the answers I need with products that have delivered real results!

I LOVE the Healthy Place! Since 2012, when I moved back to Madison, Tim and the team have seen me through supplement, essential oil, and dietary needs as a nursing mom of a preemie infant, iron supplementation of that baby, my kids' nasal allergies, my husband's heartburn issues, air travel with a young family, and immune support through the global pangolin. ;) Very thankful for the EXPERT advice and knowledge, for friendly smiles and pleasant family friendly music in the store, and FREE same day delivery! And did you know there's a blog? I refer back to the air travel one often.

I’ll give five stars. Even though the last order had one error on it. It was the first time. Every other order has been correct. All the conversations I’ve had with the Healthy Place crew have been productive. The smiles really do help with positive customer experiences. Keep doing what you’re doing, I wish ya’ll the best!

Always helpful. I put in my recent order for cbd balm and told them in the comments that it’s hot in AZ so they put an ice pack and surrounded the balm in insulation.

I can't say enough good things about The Healthy Place. They are my trusted and reliable go-to.
