After an initial hiccup ( my error) I found the sellers very helpful and assuring as they talked me through the purchase process as I had not purchased any jewellery on line before.
I ordered a pair of Equinox lab diamond earrings 1.5c set in white gold.
They have just arrived and they are truly beautiful and have been admired by friends and family.
They were attentive and helpful throughout my purchase, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful diamond earrings presented in a special light-up box, which really made them sparkle ✨ Good communication too as I opted for screw backs, which took longer to arrive but arrive they did - on time. Lots of accompanying literature and very detailed authenticity certificates. Great company to deal with; I shall be buying again when I next ‘need’ a special piece of jewellery 🤩 Thoroughly recommend 10/10!

Highly recommend these jewellers! Ordered my tennis bracelet on 5th feb & arrived today! Super fast considering it was made to order! Communication was on point as well & the price you are paying for such brilliant quality is unmatched! Will definitely be shopping with these guys again!

This is my review trying to contact these people. Hopeless. Will ask for a refund.
UPDATE:- I manage to get a message reply. What happened was it had run out of stock and they won't receive the new stock until this Friday. The Customer Service person assured me my refund is on the way. Why couldn't someone have answered my ever growing emails and explained. Having said that, the Customer Service woman was very nice.
