What a great service from start to finish with regular contact and updates from Dev in customer service to an excellent installation from Jon.

Tony who did the installation for our front door was very thorough and tidy would definitely recommend him on any future projects he also fitted our windows a couple of years ago and just as good

Had a composite door and side window fitted by Tony, we are extremely pleased with the work he carried out on his own. Very neat job and we would highly recommend Tony, just cracks on with it, first class. Hopefully having new windows next year and we will be requesting Tony for the job. Thankyou.

Great service from Nigel and Marc - arrived promptly, very respectful of our home and worked within a tight space down one side… got straight on with the job, cheerful and chatty - cleared away all the mess - windows look great, would definitely recommend fine line for both their sales reps and fitters

The whole experience was easy and straightforward. Tony the fitter arrived promptly and started work without delay. He was pleasant and polite and kept us informed. A demo was given to us of how to operate and maintain the door before he left and the site was kept clean.
In fact the whole team from sales, surveyor and admin have been pleasant and at times gone the extra mile. Would highly recommend Fineline.

Fineline what a company. Had two bifold doors and fourteen windows fitted in the property I live in. The fitters Marc and Nigel are absolutely excellent. They really know their stuff. Their attention to detail and attitude is excellent. They absolutely grafted very hard every day. They really surpassed my expectations.

Really pleased with their work Marc had previously fitted two doors to the property I live in and a property I rent out a couple of years ago. I was really pleased to see him again. I knew that when he turned up I was going to have first class installation. Nigel also is a top person and equally as good.

The company was really good to deal with from the salesman Richard Crawley who has the patience of a saint. His manager John Brown and Dev the installation manager a pleasure to deal with.

The scaffolder’s JF scaffolding Jamie really easy to deal with. John and Oliver who put the scaffolding up and took it down. First class service. Even down to the detail of discussing all aspects of health and safety which seemed to be their top priority.

All people mentioned about have excellent customer service skills, and are professional people who know how to deal with the customer.

Shame the surveyor Scott Downton who has a pig ignorant attitude, full of himself, had no customer skills, really doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He wouldn’t be welcome in any of my houses again. He surveyed the doors fitted before to the house I live in and my bungalow so I was disappointed to see him again and nearly told him to get out of my house. I have told Fineline that if they do any windows and doors in any of my properties and trust me I would have them back if their price was right they need to send another surveyor.

Fineline are not the cheapest but when you look at the price vs the quality of the product I think it is a win win. You get what you pay for. Both the composite doors, bifold doors and windows are absolutely top quality and I am really pleased. I would certainly give them the opportunity to quote and have them back again.

Trust me I am a difficult customer who demands attention to detail and this company have achieved it . I would recommend them.

Whole sales process was straight forward, as was the survey. No hard sell, and good communication at each stage so far.

I cant recommend these guys enough, had roofline and 16 windows and patio doors fitted. Faultless from start to finish. Very tidy, no problems whatsoever.

I have recently had new windows fitted by Fineline I have been extremely impressed by my overall experience.
Graham in the Dartford showroom was helpful and knowledgeable with a strong sense of customer service, I never felt rushed or pressurised just valued,
I had an unfortunate experience initially with the fitting, however Dev in the head office and Darren the installations manager were positive, supportive and reactive resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently.
The fitter who completed the work was Tony, he was simply excellent, his work was to a very high standard. He really took his time and was clearly a highly skilled fitter who took pride in his work. Nothing was a problem at all and the end result is perfectly fitted windows exactly as I wanted them!
As you can imagine I would recommend Fineline and in particular the people mentioned in this review without hesitation.

Very happy with the process. We read all the brochures etc and had a good idea what we wanted. When the salesman came he explained all the alternatives and gave useful advice. The surveyor went through the order with us very carefully making sure we understood the alternatives and making sure our order was practicable. All very professional - no question is too silly.

Outstanding service throughout with Fineline, this is the second time we have used them, as we found them so professional, friendly and experienced. From the start, speaking to Linda at our local showroom, Graham who came to give us all our options and had detailed knowledge of the product, Scott the surveyor, Dev & Stacey the Installations Administrator's, Jamie & his team of scaffolders and our fantastic fitters Nigel & Marc, everyone we spoke, met & dealt with were just brilliant. Nigel & Marc were superb, the quality of their workmanship, very clean & tidy, and how quickly they were able to to do all the work for us too. We had our bathroom window installed by Seabac/Fineline a few days ago. Sean and Luke the installers were friendly and polite. They knew exactly what they were doing. They did a clean job. Thanks to both Sean and Luke. Thanks also to Mr Graham Warr and the Surveyor both very nice gentlemen.

Tony, our window fitter was excellent. Very professional, polite, punctual, helpful, clean & tidy worker. We are very pleased with our new doors and windows.

Survey to day , and the surveyor was very helpful in helping us with our conservatory especially the roof and door . Explained that the composite door that we chose would have to adjust the brickwork and doorstep to accommodate. He then explained in detail how this would be achieved ,much to our relief and satisfied our concerns .

Ordering and installing process was very smooth from start to finish. Tony, our installer, was very professional and kept us informed.

We are very impressed our front door installed by Tony today. Thank you Tony. You done a good job with your experience.
