I think Fine Linens is a fine website
I think Fine Linens is a fine website. I have some concern over the quality of the Duet sheets by Peacock Alley. I have been buying these sheets for years. They used to be a heavier, sateen finish that washed and dried with hardly a wrinkle. The quality and construction of the sheets has changed and they are not as smooth and come out of the drying looking all wrinkled, particularly the top sheet, which seems like it is made differently from the fitted sheet. I am not sure I will be buying these sheets again.

I love Fine Linens website
I love Fine Linens website, they offer the best in luxury linens and robes. One comment I have would be to supply extra product information regarding sizing for robes. After contacting customer service regarding sizing, the size small arrived and was HUGE! The least amount of information would be helpful, like "runs large, order one or 2 sizes down". I would without hesitation that I would recommend this company, their customer service is without compare.

The online service is very efficient - easy website to navigate. Love the "free shipping" - everything has always come on time - or else, I have received an email telling me of a delay. Excellent, in a duo of orders!
I've ordered 2 times, recently, from Fine Linens. Both times I had a terrific experience. In each instance, the products arrived almost instantly ~ and were exactly what I expected. I'm a Matouk fan of long standing, and Fine Linens has a wide range of their merchandise. Their website is excellent ~ especially liked the possibility of viewing the various colorways, which were rendered authentically.
