Finnrick did exactly what I asked. The results took awhile but not excessively long but certainly worth the wait. I will be using them again for sure.

Not the best experience. Sent 4 different products to ge tested that arrived on 6/10. I recieved three of the results that I paid for BUT when I followed up on the 4th vial the support staff said they couldn’t find my order in the system and have no idea about the 4th vial. I sent them the email confirmation of them receiving my 4 vials and I got no response at all. They just ghosted me, I guess hoping I will just go away. It’s been a month since I shipped it to them. Since I have no idea if they are going to “find” my order I have to resubmit to a different testing company and wait another month for results. Too bad!

Place is a joke. weeks go by with no response for testing, then you pay, and they wont give you shipping address or anything, ignore emails. Having to file disputes to get my money back. Place is a fraud

Used them for about 5 or 6 orders. They botched a couple so I'll never use them again.

And then they mixed up my clearly labeled XA/SK samples, resulting in them coming back as no results. Verified with the photos of the vials. Also paid tests, not free.

Waste of time, product and money.

I had a great experience and was impressed with the professionalism and communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, the team was responsive to my questions, and the service was delivered as promised. The overall experience was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company and would gladly use their services again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Finnrick.

The customer service has been absolutely horrible. They have stopped responding to my messages, making it nearly impossible to get an update on my order.

I paid an additional $80 to have my results rushed, yet I’ve now been waiting approximately three weeks and still haven’t received them. Paying extra for expedited service and then experiencing this kind of delay is extremely frustrating.

Initially, Finnrick confirmed they would test my product. They later requested additional information, which I provided promptly. After that, they contacted me a couple more times, but communication eventually stopped altogether. Since then, I’ve been unable to get any response or meaningful update.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Finnrick. Better communication and honoring promised turnaround times would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

They clearly state it’s 2-3 weeks for you to get your results. It’s been 5+ weeks and have not gotten my results and the company refuses to issue a refund. There’s so many better options out there, do not use this company.

If you get to read this, just know that it will probably be removed rather quickly, but don’t believe all these raving reviews in here! Avoid Finnrick Labs, they will take your money but you will not get any test results. I’ve been waiting for my (paid for, not free) results for over a month and every time I contact them, they give me b.s. and say they are in the next batch to be run……and I never hear anything. I’m starting to think the whole thing is a scam!!

Finnrick offers a great service! Turn around times are very reasonable considering the testing. I will certainly be using again!

Any positive review you see in here is likely paid for. They lost my product. The product shows as arrived and they’re saying it was never delivered. And when I initially email them about it, “Jake” gives me an AI generated response. Then takes a week or so to respond, only after I emailed someone else about it… DO NOT USE FINNRICK

I was really grateful to have a reputable lab to get testing done that I was able to access in the United States. I did the free purity testing, but paid for endotoxins, heavy metals, solvents as well. Results were thorough and listed everything in detail as well as the methods used to get there. They did state that it would take about three weeks on the website and it took five weeks, but that’s to be expected considering the volume of people using their services now. Either way, very excited to see the results and feel better about the research being done. I sent in another round as well just to double check, hoping those results will be back soon as well. Overall, I definitely recommend if you are wanting to be safe and feel confident about your research.

They are amazing!

I had a great experience with Finnrick Company. They tested a vial of peptide for me, and it was easy to work with them throughout the process. Turnaround time was solid, and they provided helpful information that gave me confidence in the results. It's hard to find companies that feel trustworthy and straightforward in this space, but Finnrick stood out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable peptide testing service.

I’m never be using finnrick again I have been waiting for 2 months for results which means most likely they lost it and 1 month for another one and still waiting which I paid for so I will absolutely not use them ever again freedom diagnostics is slightly more expensive but they provide results within a week no comparison the finnrick idea is great and I believed in it but taking so long to test will only make people walk away

Quick results, easy to follow procedure for submitting samples. Simple to understand COA.

They don't respond to emails and I've paid for multiple test to be performed!
They aren't reliable! It's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back despite multiple emails.
