Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. An absolute scam. They claimed to have delivered my order but never did. Cannot provide evidence and keep referring me to a courier whose company website is in another language and not able to switch to English. If they are using it for deliveries to the UK then it should have an English option. Also they only use AI for their customer services so it keeps looping.

A complete SCAM of a company. Lost all my money.

Do not order

Do not order, I actually got my order but my necklace and bracelet were broken. I have emailed them 3 times and still not had any response.
Total scam!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Avoid – misleading company, poor quality product

I ordered a personalised necklace as a gift for my daughter and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing.

The item took weeks to arrive and was shipped from overseas, despite the website giving the impression of being UK-based. The quality of the necklace is extremely poor and does not match the images or expectations set on the website.

What is particularly concerning is that the company appears to operate under different names, and the payment does not match the brand advertised. This feels very misleading.

There is also only a Gmail contact address, which does not inspire confidence when trying to resolve issues.

After researching further, I found many similar reviews from other customers reporting the same problems.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. If you have already ordered and are unhappy, I recommend contacting your bank and requesting a chargeback for “item not as described.”

Very disappointing experience, especially as this was meant to be a meaningful gift.

DISGUSTING AND A DISGRACE

I had the same problem was told my charms was shipped but didn’t receive my products emailed them was told they would look into it, still hadn’t received anything then they finally shipped it out and then I had missing products. If you can see this from Fiona Goode website. I would like a FULL REFUND AS MY EMAILS AINT GETTING RECEIVED BY YOU! Fed up with this I am a single mum on a low income and getting ripped off by a website which is just unnecessary!

Avoid do not buy from these people.

Same as the other reviews. Ordered during the Pandora 20% sale in early December. Only 3 weeks later has an envelope with 2 charms in little plastic bags arrived. Clearly they are fake and not genuine Pandora. I will be reporting to trading standards tomorrow.

I ordered a Tiffany bracelet on 02/12, got an email advising it had been shipped on 05/12. I still never received it & sent an email, she advised it would be there Friday 13/12. When it never arrived, I emailed her & she told me that she had sent a replacement With Royal Mail First Class !
I sent her an email asking why she had sent out a replacement Bracelet when she had never looked into it with the Royal Mail !!
I have STILL NOT received the Bracelet (which was a gift for my Daughters Birthday)
I sent an email advising I wanted to cancel my order & received an email advising the IP Address had been closed down & my email was not delivered !! 🤦🏼‍♀️
I would advise any one considering using this company, to think twice before they do !!

Cheap knock offs

So everyone knows jewellery from Fionagoode is not official merchandise. They are cheap fakes. I have just been in to Pandora and they have confirmed that the earrings I ordered from them aren't Pandora as they don't make them in silver only in rose colour. I never received my earrings but I have contacted my bank and they have put a dispute in and refunded my money.

Ordered two items over a month ago

Ordered two items over a month ago, got an email after two weeks to say one item was out of stock and they would refund it which they did, other item still hasn't arrived and now I can't even email them !!!

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, I placed an order which did not arrive, sent an email to ask where it says the company replied that it appeared to have been lost in transit an a replacement sent. My order arrived yesterday with items missing so another email sent which has been returned as undelivered and now the website has been removed. Would not recommend

How do you even start to rate this…

How do you even start to rate this place I have sent numerous emails And had no reply. I put my order in on the 2nd December and got an email saying had been dispatched on the 5th and now we are on the 18th and still no parcel I am now starting to worry with what everyone has said on here as it’s a Christmas present. All I want to know is if my parcel has actually been sent out and if I am going to receive it at all if not I need to start and look for something else.

Scam

Placed order on dec 2nd, money taken from my account and received an email saying order despatched .
Still waiting on goods over 2 weeks later.
Cant find any customer service /contact details.
Wouldnt recommend using this site as it seems to be a scam !!

IP address for website can no longer be reached

After not receiving my order and having 1 of my many emails answered, it appears that the IP address for the website can no longer be reached. I did wonder why we could not pay through PayPal, as that way we could have got our money back far to easily.

PLEASE READ AND STEER CLEAR!!!

Only given one star as I had to select a star in order to write a review!!!
I do wish I had found this site before ordering.
I ordered 3 rings a month ago finally today a hand written Jiffy bag came with 2 rings, one of which I didn’t order!!! No paperwork, no contact or returns info and surprise surprise the website after initially saying no more orders till after Christmas has now been shut down!!!
Please whoever reads this, do not order, steer clear, avoid at all cost or it will cost you!!!

Oh dear, looks like everyone has been scammed! My order was supposedly dispatched on 5/12/19,
I finally received it today after bombarding them with emails! Envelope was Handwritten, large stamp only stamped 13th Dec, not signed for, no invoice inside and earrings in clear plastic bags- no pandora packaging! Number on bag matches product number on Pandora website so I hope they are at least genuine! Website states, no further orders until after christmas!- I would steer clear - definitely need reporting/ investigating.
