The FIRA app was launched in April 2022. With FIRA, SMEs, craftsmen, and entrepreneurs can create invoices that comply with legal requirements. FIRA automatically reconciles incoming payments with outstanding invoices by leveraging open banking connections (PSD2) to all major European banks. Invoice Management: From quotes to invoices, including e-invoices and fiscal invoices. 2. Bank Account Integration: Track transactions from multiple bank accounts in one place. Automatically recognize incoming payments and update invoice payment statuses. 3. Incoming Invoice Management: Monitor due dates for payments. AI-powered OCR for automatic extraction of invoice details and faster processing. 4. Financial Overview: Analyze revenue, expenses, and VAT obligations. Advanced dashboard with additional insights, including top clients, suppliers, and key financial metrics. 5. Accounting Collaboration: Easily transfer all documents and required reports for monthly processing directly from FIRA. 6. Support for Sole Proprietors & Flat-Rate Businesses: Generate reports for tax authorities. 7. Webshop Integration: Automate invoicing for sales through online stores.

Super App, mit der man viel Zeit und Aufwand spart. Digitalisierung ist ja ein grundsätzliches Thema, bei diese App massiv weiterhilft. Leicht zu handhaben.

Fira Finance has completely streamlined my accounting process. The invoicing feature is super intuitive, allowing me to create and send invoices in just a few clicks. I also love the seamless bank integration—it automatically syncs transactions, saving me so much time on reconciliation.
The UI is clean and modern, making navigation effortless, even for someone without an accounting background. Plus, the automation features help reduce manual work, which is a huge bonus.
Product creation, managing and exporting excels, integration with Shopify webstore and many more features that make this app a best-buy.
