FireCloud Cycles Avis 

The service, delivery, is good. The product is quite shoddy, badly machined and finished, it's a great shame that the photo on the sales pitch does not show how poor this item is. I have had to use it to get someone out of trouble. FireCloud Cycles has a good reputation but products like this lets you down.

The bike is beautiful.
Perfect size for my daughter.

But came with the wrong instructions.
The wheels was flat and the bike itself had a few scratches on it already.

My bikes came very quick well worth the money. Easy to assemble. Seen bikes with the same spec priced double or triple what I paid for both bikes

I would use firecloud cycles again for sure. Paid for tracked / next day delivery and when chasing the order it was responded to straight away and was even outside office hours.

Please consider finding a new delivery company because i paid for tracking, no notification of delivery day which ment i missed it on the tues , contacted DHL tues for redelivery the following day(weds) arrived Friday after in total over 2 days 6 hours on the phone . I really hope when my son opens the bike in his birthday the hassle was worth it

On opening the bike I found it damaged and dirty. I contacted the company who told me it was a third party issue and they'd contact them... they then got back to me saying they would send out new stickers (this was part of the problem) I advised I wasn't happy with this and wanted a new bike.. they basically replied saying no, they've sent out the stickers so that's it
Again I replied saying I wasn't happy with this as the bike has clearly been used and I paid for a new bike... I would like a new one!

I'm still waiting a response. This bike was for my daughters eighth birthday... I am so disappointed with the service.

Great website, friendly communications. One of only a few places in the UK where the bike I bought was available.
The choice of next day delivery for an extra £2 was very reasonable. Bike was very well packaged.

Although this responsibility lays with the courier (and it was a Friday) I didn't receive the bike til the Monday, which in the grander scheme of things is no big deal really.

I would purchase from here again.

Came across this company looking to use Clearpay for payment for a new bike. I ordered and accidentally paid the full amount up-front, my mistake.
I placed a second order (using the Clearpay method) and messaged the company outlining my error. Their customer service got back to me very quickly, refunded the original order, acknowleged the new order and had it shipped out very fast. Very impressed with the customer service, couldn't have done anything better.
I'm still to use the bike, but came packaged well, and a solid bike. Just looking to ensure I've put it together correctly and i'll be away.. (or that's the plan!)
