Be careful if margins are tight..
Orders come quickly, but I've asked to return an incorrect order today and been told there is a 10% restocking charge. I understand to some degree but when there is a potential of spending 10's of thousands of pounds, I think it's little short sighted. As it is I will return the items, pay the charge and find another supplier. Thing of the past, paying a restock charge and has left no profit in the job..

They had the required product in stock which was a good start, it was reasonably priced and arrived in good time. The product was of good quality and in good condition when it arrived.
