Bought a Pitbarrel (PBX) Noel and Sharon know their onions and can’t do enough to help! Great service and phenomenal rubs/sauces. Absolute bonus they also sell pimento wood! Highly recommended

Sauces weren’t particularly great tasting when considering the cost and also very watery in consistency. Same for the rubs - just a bit bland. Just pretty average all told, and no better than cheaper... Voir plus

They refunded my money in full quickly and with little fuss. Customer service is about how you handle problems when they occur and I felt this lot did a great job. Huge variety of rubs and sauces with my personal favourites being the Lone Star SPG and the Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Absolutely banging everytime. Great value, great products. Massive fan 👏

No sign of items and no updates
Order accepted 27/7 items shown as I stock. estimated delivery between 31/7 and 4/8 nothing received no information, website says order being processed no further information. Disappointing especially when charged £35 for delivery some kind of update would be nice. The ordered item even nicer

Chris, I am sorry you had a problem with your order, and I wish you had contacted us before leaving a review. Our spare parts page clearly shows delivery times because some parts we have, some are in the UK, but some parts coming from Germany may take 8 weeks.

Buy my rubs and sauces from firefly always great products. But met them again at Meatup festival. And bought a Monolith kamado from them . Super helpful and friendly. Thank you.
