I have not yet even watched one live game on it since I bought it .. there is not a number for customer service either and it’s disappointing

I was not able to get the app to authorize. I would have loved to try your iptv. I also found the Company's support desk to be very slow in responding to my request for additional help.

We are sorry to see you were not happy with the response from our support. We did take a few minutes to review the support chat, and have concluded that our support team did complete your request. During our correspondence with you, you had requested us to cancel your trial and to not charge you. Our trials automatically lapse and do not require cancellation, you are also not charged for trials or billed after a trial ends. You would need to request a new package for a charge to occur.
For your privacy, we have removed your account from our system, feel free to create a new account if you wish to try out a trial again in the future.
