Firework Crazy Avis 

Cancelled order day before New Years Eve. Didn't make any attempt to correct the mistake they had made. Exceptionally bad customer service. Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed. They forgot to load a number of orders in the delivery van.

Good fireworks and amazingly fast delivery time. Not happy with their customer service. Website stated it was buy one get one free, no one in their company was aware of this promotion. When I got my order and saw missing fireworks I enquired about it and they said they will be happy to compensate. But later called to decline the offer as it was an error on their end. Under the sales of good act I am entitled to the free fireworks but I just decided not to be petty, instead just to leave my experiences here.
As a business you can't just casually make a mistake at the expense of a customer and his expectations, I expected two free fireworks during purchase and was willing to make an hour journey to pick them up.
Again just here sharing my experiences.

Edit: as per your response this is false. I have screenshot of the advertised half price + buy one get one free offer. I am happy to send this to you, I am not unreasonable individual but I do not like being mislead.

During purchase these items were listed as half price and buy one get one free. After receiving the items I had the free fireworks missing. Under the sales of good act this counts as false advertisement. The listing was changed after I made a phone call enquiry where I spoke to an individual named Phil who acknowledged the promotional offer and later notified me this was a mistake on the companies part. However by law I am entitled to these free fireworks, I am aware of my rights as a consumer. Again I decided not to pursue further and leave my experiences here. What saddens me most is the individual acknowledged it was company mistake but called back to say they can't do anything about it.

I understand mistakes happen, I was simply not happy with the way it was dealt with. You cannot catfish customers with buy one get one free offer then turn around and say my bad, hence why consumer laws are in place. I accept the apology and am would be happy with this refund. Once completed I am happy to adjust my review accordingly.

Apologies there must have been a misunderstanding. I don't have any issues with the products.

Ordered one day before new years eve, frankly, never thought i'd get them in time. Not only did the delivery come early, the quality was brilliant.
One of the best fireworks ive seen in years. Made new years eve fireworks event feel special. Everybody was amazed.
Can't wait for next year, i'll probably double my order.

Asked for recommendations for fireworks suitable for a 2 year old’s birthday, ie no loud bangs. The box we received contained traditional fireworks - rockets, Catherine wheel etc - with fairly gentle explosions so was perfect. A very enjoyable and suitable display.

Another order from these guys, fulfilled to perfection. Great prices, quick delivery and most importantly for me, all items in stock. They really are the gold standard in supplying these goods. Even in these sad Covid times, they deliver what they say. Their review nights are great to attend, although, not surprisingly, they had to cancel this year. Nothing too much trouble and a great bunch of guys.

I found this site by chance and was very impressed with the selection and prices. I spent a good amount of time looking around at other sites just in case I could find better but came back to this one as the fireworks just seemed to have a bugger bang for buck plus, other sites send to charge quite a bit extra for delivery.

The order system was easy to use and offers card and paypal, my order arrived the very next day which really impressed me.

The was a slight mix up with the delivery but the guy I spoke to was excellent, very apologetic and had the mix up sorted literally within hours... I really couldn't have asked for more, absolutely brilliant and other stores could learn a lot from these guys!
