Received thermometer but rang and…
Received thermometer but rang and questioned how to change to centigrade. Was told someone would call me back, no one did. Also cost of postage £5.95 outrageous for such a small product , made in China costing £4.10. I had thought, wrongly , that it was made in UK so had been happy to pay. The site is not up front of where products are manufactured.

Some items had a short date
Some items had a short date - just over a year while the rest had 4 years. As the items were more than a year they would not replace. For our small charity every penny counts.

While all of our products are supplied with a minimum of one year’s shelf life, we appreciate that the difference in dates across items may have been disappointing.
Following your call, we checked our current warehouse stock and confirmed that the expiry dates match those of the items you received, which is why we were unable to send a replacement on this occasion.
