Everything very well explained with videos to be able to fully understand what is happening when undertaking the various techniques, alongside practical training. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Invaluable and Potentially Life-saving
Didn’t quite know what to expect but Colin, who was training our group, put everyone at ease and the four hours intensive, high level course, conducted with humour and understanding, was excellent. I feel informed and much more capable to deal with potential issues within the tours I guide or audiences I address in my work and volunteering activities.

Really good course. The instructor we got (Alan Paton) was very knowledable as he had loads of real life experience from his career in army and paramedic etc.
