I have noticed that sometimes the food is being delivered and it’s not completely frozen. I do not think the packaging is sufficient . My dog has been well. But it may need looking into. Also my last delivery had 1 packet burst open. But I think that may have been due to temperature change

I have been using First choice for some time now. My pooches were on dry food. My harry who is 14yrs old was miserable. Limping due to arthritis. And obviously uncomfortable. I changed to First choice and both he and Bella (6) love it. In fact he has more energy than Bella. Barely limps now and is full of beans. Great food run by great people. They are friendly. Helpful. And always go that extra mile. It shows they care about the product and the pooches. Well done FIRST CHOICE.

Always a positive experience with First Choice Nutrition. I will stand by my 5* rating although I will mention that the delivery from DPD can be hit and miss. I have previously had orders which have arrived either partially or completely thawed and in a damaged box. This has been more common than I realised and First Choice are now changing their courier to hopefully stop this happening.
Just another reason why I stand by this company.

My 13 yr old chocolate lab always enjoys his meals especially the new lower fat rabbit & venison flavours. Good quality products at a reasonable price and plenty of choice. I would recommend first choice nutrition to any dog owner.

Very satisfied with quality and speed of service. Also noticed that delivery charge dropped so big + to that. Nice selection and if you have 2 big furry babies, bulk boxes are perfect. Thank you FCN, doing great job

We have been using first choice nutrition from the moment we brought our puppy home and we have never had any issues. Our dog loves the food and appears to be incredibly healthy (lean, glossy coat, good digestive system).
My only constructive feedback would be that the packaging could be improved, both the box for delivery and plastic wrapper. the thin polystyrene insulation is often damaged by the time it arrives and we have had cases of the sausage wrapper splitting. Not enough to stop me coming back but could be improved.

My dog is an older dog and for some time has become disenchanted with the food he's been eating all his life. After trying multiple alternatives, I decided to give Raw a go. From their easy to use website and free samples, First Choice have been amazing. And the product seems to be perfect for Oscar. For the first time in a long time, he's following me when I fill his bowl at meal times. Couldn't be happier ☺️

My two european dobermanns were fed raw n liked it but then i found first choice now they wont leave their bowls til it all gone
So happy found a raw food that my dogs really love

I had an issue with my subscription which was down to DPD. I rang and spoke to Callum and he was amazing even went out of his way to deliver the food himself. My dog absolutely loves the food here it’s amazing quality made with care. I am a customer for life

Have dealt with this company for some years now. The staff are extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, food is excellent quality too. Regular updates regarding the delivery of the food.
Easy to use website. In short. I wouldn't use anyone else. First choice is First class.

This is the best raw food with the correct ratios all that cheap raw like prime is no good with the wrong ratios

Very good quality dog food. Reasonable priced and big plus for giving freedom to customers to purchase more than one of the same 10kg boxes, something that it wouldn’t let me do before. My only complaint is delivery charge as most companies provide free service when certain amount spent. Overall very good and highly recommended

I have ordering from First Choice Nutrition for more than a year now. We have a large Doberman. He loves the Beef with Tripe raw meal. The value of this product is very good too.

Excellent quality frozen raw food for my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. Lovely company to deal with, very reliable and friendly, couldn’t be easier. Would highly recommend First Choice Nutrition.

My 5 year old Italian Greyhounds have been eating First Choice Complete with Vegetables meals for years now. It's the best choice I could have have made for them. They are healthy and happy and never get upset stomachs anymore. Only problem is I can't stop them barking for their meals. They really love this food. Favourites are the Beef with Tripe, Turkey, Salmon and Chicken with Lamb. We get 6 meals out of each 500g pack. It's great value, fresh and the best of quality. The dried/raw treat range and customer service is by far the best around too. 5 stars indeed.
