Thank you for responding. We certainly try to be completely transparent with our pricing and on what services you request.
We clearly list the services in the packages or a la carte option, with the ability to see details about those services. We also clearly itemize your order on the checkout screen to ensure our customers are fully aware of what they did, and did not request. After checkout, we ask our customers to confirm that the information they entered, including the items they purchased are correct before we proceed with filing.

Thank you for your feedback. We do sometimes experience some technical issues, but have not had any reports about this issue.

While we appreciate all feedback, we have had at least 10 email correspondences with you as well as a number of phone calls. You were unwilling to give us the information required to to start your business and were refunded the same day you placed the order.
