I'm not sure I've ever gotten a preorder from them. Cancelled one, gave a gift card cause they wouldn't return me, and now today I just noticed it's been over a year since I reordered with my gift card.

Just go out of business please.

Ordered $300 worth of product from them in April 2023, 2 years later haven't received anything. They don't respond to emails and don't care. They have terrible customer service. Do not order from them.

Did a preorder in Jan. 2023 and still have not received it, coming up on 2 years. This company has zero customer service skills. It's a wonder how they even stay in business.

This is great company with amazing store fronts plus the deals are so great!

Ordered online and have had two preorders for items that came out months ago and never arrived, and two other orders for things that claim to be in stock and they never shipped anything. Calls to their customer service never get answered, voice mails are never returned, and emails are just a copy paste of "Sorry we've fallen behind and are still playing catch up. I'll try to ship out your products as soon as possible."

Comments on their social media get deleted, and when they do respond they just say to email, despite the fact that Ricky, the owner, never actually sends out things ordered online. Dreadful evil company.

I placed two orders with this company in April and May of 2023. For the first order, most of the items were in stock when I put them in, but because a few weren't, they delayed sending them until they had the entire order. I was expecting a wait for the second order because it was a pre-order. It's been 18 months, and I've yet to receive a single item despite them having my $330 all this time. I've communicated via email multiple times, and they always make promises they don't keep, like sending a partial order or refunding items that are no longer available. None of it ever happens. When I told them I wanted to cancel, they were like sure, but review our cancellation policy first. In other words, they told me you can cancel, but we're going to keep 25% of your money for absolutely nothing. If you go to the Federal Trade Commission website consumer.ftc.gov, a law protects us from this type of predatory behavior. It is called The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If they have treated you like they have me, please report them to both the BBB and the FTC. Please get the word out to force them to honor their commitments or put them out of business.

They are a good company and have had issues in the past, but have been super responsive to my issues.

If i could rate this terrible, Disgusting shop along with their scummy damned employees any lower i would. They are a bunch of scammers that are in my daily prayers hoping that they get damned on this earth before the afterlife. They are a bunch of theives who would steal your money and not provide you with a solid answer to any of your concerns regarding your order. Zero communication, zero Professionalism. Take a dose of poison rather than dealing with this garbage scammy company. Please Avoid at all cost and let them deal with the consequences of their unethical attitude.

Buyers beware.. Do not purchase from this company. Take peoples money in advance for preorders and never ships their order. They make their money off people's cancelation orders with their 20% restocking fee.. Also, the one and only person who gave 5 stars is the owner.. Fake post!!

They deserve 0 stars. Preordered 2 pops over a year ago. Never shipped and when I asked for a refund they want to charge me a restocking fee. Absolutely terrible service and a scam. Do not buy from them. It is not worth the headache and you will never get your order.

They never shipped my order and when I called they let me know they were backed up. That was in September. It’s now March and still my funko pop hasn’t arrived. Scam artists.

several orders never honored and when we ask for a refund after sending 250 emails and spam messages on discord they use their refund policy to not refund everything in full and defraud people like that

Made an order in May for “third quarter 2023” - aka August, September, possibly Oct at the latest.. it’s now December, they won’t reply to emails, will block you on their social platforms if you question “Where is my order?” and heaven forbid you call their store for a refund they want to try to charge 25% “restocking fee” - yes, a restocking fee for items they never had in stock and never send you. Garbage company. If you have orders with them call your bank ASAP for chargeback to get your FULL refund.

Total scam company. They will give an estimated shipping date, and when that date comes they will make up some excuse that it's now months later until it can be shipped. Their customer service is trash and rude. If you order from them, call your bank and get a charge back because this garbage company will not even offer a full refund despite not ever having shipped anything.

This company operates more like a scam than a legitimate business. I pre-ordered an item that became widely available in stores like Amazon within 4 months of the pre-order. I still have not received the item an entire year later, and when I speak with customer service, the answers are rude, short, and unhelpful. I am always told the order is about to ship, but a month later, it still doesn't (last time, the reason was quite literally that coordinating shipping from Japan is complicated). The only refund I can get is in the form of store credit.

Purchased 12 Funko Pops with Chance for Chase which is supposed to be 1 in 6. Got 12 commons after patiently waiting months. This company clearly removes the Chase from the box of 6 and replaces with a common. They are scammers and I will never do business with them again.

Ho preordinato un funko a 23€ e il costo di spedizione era 28€, il che mi sembra un'esagerazione. Il funko è poi uscito sul sito funko europe quindi ho deciso di prenderlo lì. Alla fine ho pagato 17€ il funko e 6€ la spedizione. 28€ mi sembra una bella differenza! Così ho deciso di annullare l'ordine fatto su first form collectibles e ho mandato una mail. Mi hanno risposto dicendo di controllare la loro politica sull'annullamento degli ordini che prevedeva il trattenimento del 25% dell'ordine anche per i preordini, anche se effettivamente loro non avevano ancora mosso dito, si erano solo presi i soldi. Vabbè mando un'altra mail per cancellare l'ordine e non mi rispondono. Ne mando un'altra e non mi rispondono. Sono dovuta andare sulla loro pagina instangram per scrivergli di annullarmi sto benedetto ordine. Dopo due giorni finalmente mi arriva la mail che l'ordine è stato cancellato e che mi avrebbero ridato 44,81€ al posto di 51,26€. Bah, non comprerò mai più da questo sito.

I pre-ordered a funko for €23 and the shipping cost was €28, which seems like an exaggeration to me. The funko then came out on the funko europe site so I decided to get it there. In the end I paid €17 for the funko and €6 for shipping. 28€ seems like a big difference to me! So I decided to cancel the order made on first form collectibles and I sent an email. They replied telling me to check their order cancellation policy which provided for the 25% restocking fee even for pre-orders. Well I send another email to cancel the order and they didn't answer me. I send another one and they didn't answer me. I had to go to their instagram page to write them to cancel this order. After two days I finally get the email that the order has been canceled and that I would have been refunded €44.81 instead of €51.26. Bah, I will never buy from this site again.

Don't send goods, don't respond to emails and only refunded the order after I initiated a chargeback.
