Excellent service from Glen and Bob. They explained the problem with the blocked drains and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue as quickly and cleanly as possible. They left the site clean and tidy and our drains flowing freely. Thank you fellas hopefully I won’t need you again but if I do I know who I will call.

We made a phone call on the Sunday and said they would be with us on the Monday. They were true to their word and the drainage engineer, Kev did an amazing job where other people we had out previously could not do. We were at the end of our tether and Kev made sure the blockage had gone before he left - thank you for being consistent- you are a credit to your team

Prompt and friendly. Went out of his way to try to help me find the faul water drain line to make sure a blocked drain was completely cleared.

Had an external drain blockage between kitchen and main sewer. Had this ‘supposedly’ cleared 10 months ago but NOT by First Local. The engineer turned up promptly and jet washed the drain. Cleared the blockage but put up a camera up to make sure and found more gunk. Jet washed again and cleared completely. All done in an hour. Would recommend.

Real person answered phone promptly. Elliott arrived as arranged, phoning to confirm arrival time. Drain blockage cleared efficiently and camera revealed crack and displacement of pipe. Remedial work quote received promptly and date for work confirmed. A really positive experience and efficient, knowledgeable staff.

Mickey L and colleague came out to us today after a blocked drain from the toilet, they were great very professional and informative, showed us exactly what was going on in the pipes and how they were starting to crack, they are due back in a couple of days to put preventative sleeves in place, definitely would recommend for a quick and professional service.
