1000 addresses for registration... What could be better!

Terrible support service, I don't receive any messages from Steam in my email, and I can't log in to my Steam account. The support team says everything is fine, but I don't receive any emails at all. They simply ignore my messages, and I've purchased high priority, but they haven't responded for a month! Your service is a mess.

The first time I bought emails for Steam, everything was perfect. The accounts registered smoothly, and all was well for quite some time. A month later, I decided to purchase emails for registration again. This time, Steam gave me the error: "It looks like you have provided a one-time email address or are using an email domain that cannot be used on Steam. Please enter a different address."

Steam's website says to contact support, so I did... Do you know how long it took them to reply? That's right, they never replied at all. Absolutely nothing – no replacements, not even an apology, nothing. I didn't just write to account support; I tried other versions, like technical support, where I was also ignored.

"Well," I thought, "bad luck," and a week later, I decided to buy more emails. And what a joy! The same error: "It looks like you have provided a one-time email address or are using an email domain that cannot be used on Steam. Please enter a different address." (Life really doesn't teach me anything, does it? :)). Support, just like last time, remained silent.

And now, a month later, I decided... (Yes, I'm a bit foolish, forgive me) to buy even more emails. You'll be surprised, but they didn't work and gave me the same familiar error.

I'm not going to draw conclusions for you regarding this company, but I can only say that people who literally buy reviews by calling them "gifts for a review" are clearly not to be trusted.

P.S. I've clearly only mentioned Steam emails; I haven't purchased other options, so I can't speak about them. Perhaps if you truly need a temporary email to receive messages from some service, this might be a good option. (Although the minimum quantity for this type of email is 1000, if you do decide to get them, it would probably last you 5 years with normal use. Oh... wait, no, it wouldn't, because the wonderful Firstmail company is unlikely to renew your domains.)

Scammers! They took away access to my emails that I bought. Now I can't access my accounts. I've tried to contact support but they haven't responded for many days. I paid several times to upgrade my ticket status to ‘critical’ but my ticket still has a status of ‘low’. I do not recommend Firstmail, you will waste your time and money and lose access to your accounts.

I got kicked out of my email, I can’t login back in tried to reset my password and it didn’t work I tried login with old and new password it wouldn’t let me login back, I wrote to the help help center and got no response from them, I use the acct just for gaming and now I can’t login to my game cuz I need to a confirmation code which was send to my email, I have been trying to retrieve the email account but got no response from the help center I think it’s so unprofessional, just a bad experience this website I will definitely it use this website and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone,

Scammers alert, this web full with scammers they will ask you to paid for a quick help center response, take ur money and still won’t respond back worst app ever I will definitely not recommend it all the 5* reviews probably a paid peoples, just waste of time if I could give it a 0 I would do so just useless and scammers
