Unexpected but very helpful phone call from you
I have recently had a new motorised disability scooter and insurance was arranged by Quingo salesman.
I received a phone call this morning from one of your representatives. The gentleman was very helpful and wanted to check I had received the paperwork and if I had any questions. He was very helpful covering the main points of the cover and this gave me the opportunity to check for certain the cover I had as this is the first scooter I've had.
Very impressed by his manner and knowledge.

Follow Up Call
As mentioned by the vendor, I received a call from First Senior Group Insurance re: my mobility scooter that I'd purchased. An informative gentleman (non-pushy) explained the finer points of my insurance along with some tips on security.

Last week I had to buy a Mobility Scooter, so was shopping around for insurance, I filled in a few forms and Nari from First Senior gave me a call and was very polite and went through items I was looking for and how much the cost would be, then sent me a follow up email.
