Had a great CPR session with Jess on Saturday, she was so knowledgable and very artiiculate how she presents with both adults and the children.
Would definately recommend!!!

Jess was really welcoming & friendly. She provided great training that was simple to understand & made you feel confident that you’d know what to do if you had to provide life saving support to someone. I liked that there was chance to practice what you were being shown. She was really good at answering questions. I was amazed at how much we covered in an hour.

This was a very informative and interesting First aid course. This was my first in 5 years and I have learnt a lot considering I used to have first aid courses every year.

Over the years, I have attended many first aid courses and this was the first one where I did not have any trouble maintaining interest in the subject. The trainer's style of teaching is relaxed and had time for questions from the group. The trainer is very knowledgeable and supported by her para-medic training was able to share past experiences.
