After driving 70 miles to test drive a car the level of service I received was an absolute joke!

The sales manager wasn’t on site. So the Young lad that dealt with me was ok to a point and very polite. Wasn’t as knowledgable and clued up as he should have been though. But he couldn’t agree a deal as know one was there in authority. Time being approx 4.30pm. Extremely unprofessional and stupid. This coming from someone from a sales back ground that worked in a car sales show room for a time!

The next day I got a phone from the young lad to say he’d spoke to his sales manager. The deal i had offered wasn’t acceptable, no way would he do it, sorry and good bye!
How rude and arrogant is your sales manager to not even speak to me himself for starters! I’d like to add at this point that my offer for the car was very reasonable and not a stupid low offer! Also at this stage bear in mind the advertised price was £500 wrong online! So this was also a major stumbling block in the negotiations!

In a nutshell, selling an extremely good product ( I’ve had 3 Toyotas now so I can vouch for this! ) but marketed and sold by arrogant, useless, rude clowns!

I’ve taken great pleasure in doing a deal over the phone at another Toyota branch. Where the the staff have been A1 from start to finish in my purchase of a new Toyota!

Sort your shambolic approach out to selling cars and customer service…….you’re a disgrace to the Toyota brand!

Bought my first Lexus NX a from Fish Bros in Swindon.
Although 95 miles from my home it was worth it for the experience.
My salesman Antony was extremely helpful and professional with no hard sell, received the part ex I had calculated and the handover was very straightforward, couldn’t be happier.
Will definitely be using Fish Bros Lexus for my future car purchase.

Fish Brothers run the online business Toyota Direct Parts (a .co.uk domain of the same name)

The site allowed me to search for a part that goes on my car. After placing the order, I was contacted to collect a registration number, and then informed that the £4 part will not fit; I require a £100+ assembly instead! When I said I was not interested in the upgrade, order TDP-1815 was cancelled and refunded.

Meanwhile, I found another online vendor happy to sell me the £4 part. It fits the car.

Just purchased a car from Jack Jones at Fish Brother Peugeot in Swindon and got to say they were great. Excellent showroom with social distancing, simple to arrange test drive and worked out a good deal for both of us.
Collected car today and it was very simple and easy to do, Jack made sure I knew my way round car and set up the road tax before I left.
Whilst I wont be taking car back for servicing as I live 60 miles away I will recommend them to anyone.
