Amazing service
My son is 11 years old and has grown a passion for fishing. Visited this store to buy his first set up. The guys were amazing. They helped him how to real his rod! I have one happy boy! Excellent service! Fantastic advice and support. They went above and beyond!

So many issues when ordering online
So many issues when ordering online. Last time I ordered I had to phone as over 2 weeks went by and no items. I chased this annd was told everything I ordered was out of stock and they would refund me. We are talking at least 8 items. Not the first time I’ve had issues. So this week I get an email saying 15% of all bait. I thought give them another chance. Put the order through, money gone, critical error message on the website and looks like I’ve got no order and now no money. The msg says to phone a number. Again I have to chase.

I came into store today in B48 and the 2 blokes were spot on. I’m very new to carp fishing. And they didn’t try getting me to spend money knowing I wouldn’t have a clue if I needed it or not. Top customer service. Went out of their way to hook me up with a full set up! Two genuine blokes. Looking forward to coming back for more gear once I’ve got the hang of 1 rod haha
