Regular updates of where my order was up to.
When I placed the order the invoice showed it being just over £4 more than advertised. I emailed them straightaway and the refund was taken off the invoice before the amount had been taken from my account.

I bought a usb for my phone which does not work. They did offer my £2 and then £4 back which I didn't want. I asked for a replacement usb or I would accept £10. After many emails and being ignored I was eventually told to have a nice life.

Ring was too big for my nostril and it was not as easy to put in as the video showed. I couldn't use the gem threader, had to use my hands. Pretty(if it fitted) but a bit of a hassle

I made the mistake of being drawn in by the advert, I could have got the same quality or better with a 10 minute drive up the road. It took an eternity to arrive and the product although not bad wasn't really worth the wait. I would just about recommend the USB Hard drive but not the company oh and the tracking is shocking.

The USB for the phone arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of its delivery status.
The reason for 4 stars is that the instructions are not in English so can't download the app or use it.
I am going to contact customer service to see if they can help.
