Fit And Fabulous Avis 

So I have to say the delivery time is pretty bad (about 7 weeks), following 2 different shipments , one from US that seemed to get to UK and then disappeared into the ether, the second sent from China, which did arrive in about 10 days. I got replies from support, albeit saying to hang on and refusing a refund.. BUT when I finally got my jeans, I really like them! Not Helara, bit of a dodgy zip, but look and fit really nicely.. not bad at all for 19.99!

Ordered 1/8 eventually received my jeans on the 15/10 absolutely appalling service. The jeans pockets do not have enough material so you can see the white lining, Also when they are shown in the videos they look stretchy and they pull the waistline, it doesn't say they have a zip which by the way gets stuck half way when pulled up! I have complained but they want photos and videos, I have spent a lot of time chasing these up, I can no longer be bothered to take this further. Very poor delivery very poor customer service and appalling quality!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute scam of a company, they ‘stole’ some poor sellers video on TikTok who was promoting Halara jeans (which are fantastic by the way) so when you order you think you’re ordering from Halara. You are in fact ordering fresh air from this set of clowns. I agree, the transit company is non existent and in fact just an interface they have built to make you think your order is in transit. I will be reporting these thieves to Consumer Rights UK and reporting them to TikTok and the lady whose video they stole. PLEASE PLEASE do not order from Fit-and-Fabulous.

I am at my whitts end with this company. Every email I receive after asking where my item is comes back the same answer. I am now thinking that my item will never come. It has been in the UK for well over a week and still no sign. I have asked for a refund but no answer given. I also wish now I had read reviews. I'm not happy at all Please avoid this awful website .

I have also been scammed and wish I had read reviews first. Order not arrived although shipping update on 4th October said they had arrived in Edinburgh Scotland, so at least in the UK.
Here we are 13th October, no shipping update,no jeans delivered, just constantly the same response to my emails Thank you for your understanding that your item is still on the way to you..Today I have filed an escalated PayPal dispute with fingers crossed they rule in my favour

Scam, do not buy from this company. They have no intention of shipping products.

Scammers - do not use this company . Took money , no jeans supplied . Fobbed off with bogus transit emails , then nothing . Serves me right for buying from Instagram on impulse. Have learnt my lesson !

Very unlike me to not read external views! I ordered a pair of their jeans, first of all the charge was £25.98 which I screenshot yet an extra £6.50 somehow got added on when I checked my bank account! I queried this with my Bank Chase who have been amazing! The jeans arrived, both legs had white marks on them which made them unwearable. I emailed the company who came back with an offer of £4, then £5, then £6 & today £7! Why on earth would I accept that is beyond me. They did however admit to overcharging due to a system error - don’t believe them one bit. They refunded the £6.50. It’s quite clear this company rely on people not bothering to chase up faulty products. Well unfortunately for them my bank also won’t accept their lies & deception of ripping of the general public. AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY & DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNT CASH! I hope they go bust.

DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I WAITED WEEKS FOR A PAIR OF JEANS, WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED THEY WERE NOT THE JEANS I HAD ORDERED AT ALL, SUBSTANDARD QUALITY AND AWFUL. DISGUSTING CORRUPT COMPANY. I HOPE TRADING STANDARDS CATCHES THEM.

Bought the strapless bra which took two months to arrive. Put in a dispute with PayPal. Who refused to refund due to the item being similar to the description. This may of been true but the bra wouldn't even fit a doll. Nevermind a human it was that small. More like a bandaid than a bra. On dispute with company. No response. Surprise, not! Stay away from this company.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering 🤬 it's been 4 weeks since ordering and still not received. They keep saying the same thing over and over again it's like banging your head against a brick wall. I've asked for a refund numerous times but nothing.... do NOT order from this company

Not a reputable company jeans are not true to size! Way too big for me asked for a refund several times no response! Wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered!

Shocking quality jeans .
Took 10 weeks to arrive .
I could sew a pair that looked better than these and to add insult to injury they aren't even the style I originally ordered .
They are foul.
Do NOT order from this company .
You might aswell just flush your money away .

Only gave 1 star because can't give no star.. awful company even worse customer service. Never received my order, customer service just laugh at you..

Warning !!!!! Do not order, I waited 6 weeks for rubbish jeans. Nothing like the advert, they have a black zip put in very badly. There was no mention of a zip, they are stretch. RUBBISH

Absolutely terrible. Do not order. Had to chase up as they took two months to arrive. Cheap shoddy and massive. Will not refund. £6 compensation is all they will offer. Terrible. Not worth £1!

Ordered jeans which came far to big and baggy...although it says 100% refund.they offered me 6 pounds compensation for a product that initially cost me 36 pounds...I only purchased initially as I assumed they would be an OK company as I was able to pay by pay pal.

I read all these review AFTER I had ordered a pair of jeans and was expecting to either not receive my order or receive a shoddy item. However, my order arrived today (albeit after waiting 3 weeks) and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the quality good, but the jeans fitted beautifully. All in all, good value for money. Maybe I was just lucky, but my overall experience was good

Absolute rubbish… do not order from this website. Order placed 8 weeks ago. E-mailed several times and assured they would be here within a few days 2 weeks later still waiting.. tracking says order is still in China.
Requested refund but they are refusing

Ordered a pair of trousers from this company. The item was coming from abroad so allowed plenty of time for delivery. But after 5 weeks I contacted them to as for update . Oh orders lost have to re send this was reply on 4 occasions. I've got fed up of trying and think I've lost money. Shocking 😲
