Order Lost, Found, and Delivered

I ordered a Custom Slide 2 through the Fitasy app. There was a two week delay in processing my order but after following up with the customer support agent the issue was resolved and the shoe was delivered. It took about five weeks from order placement to receipt.

There was a lot of back and forth in order to find my order and get it processed. I trust this experience will help Fitasy in sorting out their ordering process.

Absolutely blown away by these…

I am absolutely blown away by these custom 3D-printed shoes. The comfort is next-level which provides the perfect amount of cushion and arch support. I’ve been wearing them for everything—daily errands, gym workouts, and light sports. They are incredibly breathable, but the best part is that they are quick-drying. I can wear them straight into the shower without a worry. Truly a game-changer for versatile footwear!"

Fitasy - great team who look after your feet!

Fitasy and the team have been nothing short of absolutely brilliant from day one! They communicate clearly, answer queries promptly and you quickly realise this is a small but dedicated team. I placed an order for my shoes but sadly the first pair weren’t quite right. Frankie and Jian took time out of their busy days to schedule a call and discuss the issues which was very informative and reassuring for me as a customer as they really cared about their product and rationale customer satisfaction. The new pair has arrived and they are great I really enjoy them and have received compliments on their style. My extra narrow feet are very happy for the shoes and the product.
I can’t thank you Frankie, Jian and the whole Fitasy team for your professionalism, attentiveness and openness.

I love my shoes

Just got my custom-fit FITASY shoes, and I love them. I’m on my feet all day for work, and they’ve been really comfortable. The whole process was easy, and the customer support team was great whenever I had questions. I’ve been talking about them so much that I’m already planning to get a pair for each of my daughters. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Great product, very surprising experience, and professional support team.

Very interesting product and great customer support! I was curious about 3D printed footwear and especially a pair of shoes that's custom fitted for my feet. After I placed the order, I received an invitation to download the app to link the scan to my order. The scan requires 5 scans per foot from different angles, and they had a support team to guide you through the process if needed.

The team is very friendly and professional. When I got the shoes I was amazed and pleasantly surprised. They look really cool and were very comfortable with great cushioning. That combined with ventilation made them the perfect fit for my summer travel plan to Europe. I had a great time walking around in the city and on beaches, super versatile.

Nice advertisement, but never received my shoes and company stole my money! I would never ever recommend this company!! Representative "Frankie" horrible!!
