Rubbish customer service,communication & delivery.
First of all as a new customer i should get 5% discount
which i didn’t get it & got replied to my email after few days that i will get my discount on my second order.
what is the guarantee?? Not happy with customer service.
Secondly over week i have placed my order & still waiting to be delivered.
I am sure it’s not a Royal Mail strike issue as I got my goods from other supplier by RM delivery quickly.
Then also no notification about late delivery by Fitbak.

Hi Ashok, we're sorry to hear you're not having a good experience. Our discount codes should be applied when placing the order and cannot be applied retrospectively. You can always use the same code (if you haven't used it before) on your next order.
Regarding the delivery, the Royal Mail strikes are announced on their official websites and they warn that delays are expected. If your order doesn't arrive soon, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement. You can always reach us info@fitbakes.co.uk

Delivery was delayed
Delivery was delayed, due to postal strike. Otherwise very prompt. Shelf life might be a little short, because of postal delay.

I've been using this company for about…
I've been using this company for about 18 months now. My son has Diabetes Type 2, he also has Autism and Downs syndrome...So explaining that he couldn't have certain things was hard. Fit bakes have really help. This week, I had nearly run out, I don't know how, things happen, I emailed fitbakes explained and asked if the could express delivery an order. Without any question, they did, and the cakes arrived yesterday.... Thanks Fitbakes you're STARS 🌟

Hi Stella. We're sorry to hear that you found the cake BB dates a bit short. Just to align expectations, any cake is a short shelf life product, even Mr Kipling cakes only have a couple of weeks shelf life. Our cakes have from 1 to 3 weeks shelf life, depending on the flavour, and that is mentioned in our website quite a few times, in the homepage, product pages, FAQ page etc. A good idea is to freeze them, quite a few clients do that when they place large orders, products freeze well for up to 60 days. Very Poor Communication
Once again the delivery took arrived 2 days later than expected bearing in mind these are shelf Limited products. exactly the same thing happened on first order when it took over 5 days to post . The company never respond to emails

Recipe Change?
I’ve been a great fan of fitbakes for quite awhile but they seem to have changed. Originally very plump but recent orders very thin with cake element being little thicker than the topping. I have asked about recipe changes etc but the company have not responded

First Oder from fit bakes got a mixed box the mix is great and the cakes are moist , full of taste. The crisp bars are hard not my taste. I would recommend the cars .
