I got the watch band and it fell apart…
I got the watch band and it fell apart within 2 weeks of wear, the return policy is 2 weeks so I tried to contact them using the provided contact us link on their website. Never got a response. I emailed them directly to the email address provided, the email would not deliver successfully. Do not order from them!

I feel like this site (fitbands.shop) may be a scam. I ordered a replacement fitbit band several weeks ago. I received a confirmation email stating it would ship within 48 hours along with a shipping notification. I never received the shipping notification or the item. I've emailed them, but have not gotten a response at all.

I ordered a replacement band for my versa 4. On the website the band that I ordered said it was compatible with it. I got it and it was not compatible because it had a completely different kind of clip that attaches to the watch face. I have reached out to them five times to say that I needed to return it and they have not responded at all. Their website says they have fast and easy. No hassle returns. Do not buy from these people.

Poor Company Response; No Order Tracking number
Caution! Flashy website alert: I purchased a watchband on February 5. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation with an Order number, promising a Tracking number within 48 hours. However, as of February 15, I haven't received any shipping information. I attempted to contact them through their provided "Contact Us" link on the website, but received no response concerning my Order. I also tried their customer service Link, but the server repeatedly bounced my emails back. Currently, I'm on the phone with my credit card company, initiating a dispute. I'm uncertain whether this is fraudulent activity or simply a poorly managed company.
