This is a lot of information. It is very time consuming to read it all. I understand that you have broken it into daily read and that is a good thing. I haven't been on the program long but am not seeing results yet. I bought the protein shake and the supplements and my breakfast has been the shake.

This is a great and simple program for getting healthy. Dr A really gives practical and knowledgeable information on many health topics. I highly recommend the Fit Mother Project. I wish I had found it sooner.

I usually do not leave reviews, but I must say I’ve been trying everything the last few years and I had the motivation of my daughter’s upcoming wedding so I thought I would give this a try. Not only have I lost weight, but I have so much more energy. I’ve learned so many tools that I’ve been using daily that I really feel have made a difference in my health. I just finished completing my first month and I really hope to continue.

Signed up for the trial, didn't receive any email, log in info, I had to contact them, they took my money without me agreeing after the trial period, again no welcome email, no information given, I had to contact them, when logging in no access to my billing info, subscription info, month 2 , took my money again , I have contacted them to say to refund me and cancel my account , nothing , no response at all, starting to feel this is a scam , I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back, disgusting, they need to be investigated

I really like the program, but I was doing a two week trial and I wasn’t sure how to make a regular subscription or cancel. I got an email about a special deal and I wanted to do that instead. I wasn’t able to transition that. Still working on that. But I really like the program & the supplement.

The coaching and information provided is helpful. Dr. Balduzzi is able to give the information in a way that is understandable and beneficial. The FMP has a great community, Podcast, Q&A weekly and daily accountability.

Great Customer Service and true to their word. I did not like the taste of the Chocolate Vegan protein powder and they cared about my disappointment; handled it very professionally.

Overall, the page was good. What confused me was the cost of the program showed 100's and 1,000's of dollars and I don't recall seeing the membership. I had to email Fit Mother to understand how it worked.

My order was processed quickly & I received it in just a couple of weeks.

They are with me every step of the way. They have great food ideas, they are great friends and supportive. I never feel like I’m alone, I always have someone.

I am in love with everything about FMP! The whole plan fits with my life and after being a member for one year, I’ve never felt better! I joined not to lose weight, but to live a healthier lifestyle and I am so happy that both my husband and I have traveled this road together. Thank you, Dr A and team :)
