Paid the money…did the work…no results
Paid the money, followed the meal plan, followed the exercise plan (even got a Tonel which I love), watched FMP videos, drank water, took vits, stopped drinking diet soda, improved diet, adjusted hormones with MD, increased sleep to 7-8 hrs, do intermittent fasting 16:8 …….. results……NOTHING ….very frustrating

I am someone who has tried to eat right…
I am someone who has tried to eat right and exercise my entire adult life, but found weight creeping up and not budging as I got into my late 40s and early 50s. I knew I needed to do something different and Dr. Anthony's program was the perfect fit. I thought I knew a lot already, but this program made eating well and exercising more simple and structured for me, as well as providing great support. I love FMP!

Fit Mother Project has changed my life for the better. I'm now on a continual healthy path that doesn't make me feel guilty or like I'm deprived. It's a change in a way of thinking and an understanding of healthy eating and workouts. It connects me with great support network of ladies that are becoming friends!
This Program is Fit For a Mother....
I admit that I didn't use the program as I didn't believe it was something that would help me reach my goal. However, I will say that you could do a lot worse in terms of a very well researched, user-friendly way to combat one of the leading health issues of our time and that is being overweight.
Let's face it, most of us are just that: Overweight.
The fact also that the creator of the program takes into account how busy most women are (Mom or not....) and offers a program that is doable and measurable-why it's a great incentive to keep a "Fit Mother" on track. I would recommend this program for sure. Thank you for reading.

This program works!
This program works! When you first start,It’s a bit overwhelming, there is a lot of reading, but that’s because it’s not a quick fix diet it’s a life long life style, and you understand that if you do the work. The videos are fantastic the podcasts are amazing and motivational (they are what kept and still keep me on the right track). I just cannot say enough, do the work get the results. It works.

Seems to be a solid program, just not for me.
My weight was creeping upwards and I was desperate for some real changes with nutrition and fitness. The FitMotherProject seemed like a great answer. It is a comprehensive program addressing nutrition and fitness. So why did I give it 3 stars? Here is my expereience.
The nutrition plan is solid but for me I found "no snacking" to be a pitfall. I am on the go and having smaller meals more frequently was what I needed. No snacking often led me to binge eating crap before my next perfect plate meal.
The exercise plans is solid but again for me it was started to quickly and progressed to fast. Additionally, my time availability to get in the workouts was short. I often didn't have an hour to get the workouts in. Additionally, the starting weights were beyond unrealistic, and I considered myself active and more fit than not before starting.
So that being said I saw success stories with it from others. I wanted it to work but just wasn't for me. I found a different plan that helped me real in my nutrition and get it solid and allows me to have smaller meals more frequently. This helped control my weight without the exercise even. And now I'm adding in movement for lifetime fitness.

Brilliant program! Easy to follow but most importantly, you never feel that you are on your own. Love it!!
Healthy for life!
I am very happy with the Youtube channel as well as the programs in the Fit Mother Project. I achieved my goals and they have given me a life-long understanding of how to be healthy for life.
Way too restrictive
This program is very restrictive and not likely to be able to be maintained long term. The recipes did not taste good.
The workouts get a bit boring very soon…
The workouts get a bit boring very soon because of how repetitive they are, perhaps a workout video for every suggested workout could make it more interesting.
Also, I suffer from back, hip, and knee injuries and for some reason, the continuous reps throughout the workout and throughout the week trigger a lot of pain in my body. Even when I do modify everything and I do every movement slower than it should be.
I bought all the supplements back when I started, almost 2 years ago, and could never swallow them all before meals as indicated. It's an insane amount of pills and the size of each is quite big. But what didn't help the most was how nauseated I'd get after taking all the pills I could down.
And they are very overpriced...
But the doctor is very handsome, though :)
The Fit mother project is amazing
The Fit mother project is amazing, helped me meet my life goals and loose a total of 120 lbs! I am smaller than I have ever been and currently in a size 2-4. Cannot believe all the life it gave me back that I had chalked up to getting older! Getting fit was a breeze with this program! Best part of it all is how strong I am now- mentally and physically! Totally worth committing! If you have any questions, just ask! And jump in!
1 word: Commit!
I’m a 40+ mom with 4 very busy kids and an in-and-out-of-the-house lifestyle. I have neither the desire nor the time to make special meals/foods for myself or to spend hours of time doing cardio or classes. I’m very impressed with this program! For a “one-size fits all” methodology, it’s effective. I’ve dropped 20 pounds in 4 months, changed how I feed our family without any complaints, and am finally back on a regular workout schedule (I have more pull-ups and bigger biceps than I did in my twenties- I feel like I actually have a physique!).
The dietary guidance is understandable easily implemented, the fitness/workout demonstrations are precise and clear with many alternatives for different abilities. No special, expensive prepared meals or obscure diet foods that picky eaters dislike. No calorie or macro counting or food journaling, just simple, straightforward nutritional tweaks that are easily integrated into my life with REAL FOOD.
One thing I really didn’t utilize that I’m sure makes the program much more effective is the accountability element that is included via FailBook (FaceBook, Meta, whatever) or emailing back and forth with coaches. My husband, also trying to drop the middle-age pudge, has been my partner in that regard.
I will say, anytime I’ve needed help or had a question, the coaches are extremely prompt (less than 6-hour response via email) and very knowledgeable. They happily offer other resources, encouragement, and “lean in”- I didn’t feel as though I was receiving rote answers.
I can’t recommend this program enough. The best part- this is something I can do for the rest of my life! These are LIFE changes, not “fit into a fancy dress” changes, that I can hold on to for the foreseeable future.
Additional note: we live with my in-laws, and my MIL has been copying what I eat at dinner and has lost 4 pounds! Just a little tweak once a day. If you’re on the fence about the cost, just commit. If it was free, I’d have quit after the first week (water weight is no joke!). Put some real skin in the game and make it mean something. Go for the full month. Get your money’s worth and if it’s not effective, at least you can say you gave it the $150 try.
