Fitspresso Avis 363

This company says their product will help you loose weight. I’ve been on it for almost 2 months, and lost nothing. It’s made me feel horrible, depressed and brain fog. I’m not sure how to return it because I bought off a Facebook ad. I’m afraid I bought the fake version. Has anyone else had these side effects? Thanks

Didn’t do anything for me so I’m about to find out how well they stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. I was supposed to send back the empty bottles along with any unused bottles but I received an email back saying I can get a full refund even though I only have one full and one half empty bottle - no empty bottles. Fortunately, I discovered just in time that my refund request and return of the unused portion of my order must be completed 5-days prior to the end of my “180-day trial period”, so I guess it’s really a 175-day trial period. I will post an updated to this review when I find out whether or not they honor my refund request.

Update:

I received a 100% refund after mailing the product back to them and emailing them the tracking number. If I had waited three more days I wouldn’t have qualified for a refund according to their website. If you’re not satisfied with Fitpresso, be sure to contact them well before the end of your “180-day trial period” and carefully follow their return instructions!

Why did the price go to the full price on the first sale price of $39???

I patiently watched their video and truly believed the product might work. I ordered quite a bit of the product as they kept promoting deals with each increased order. I received the first bottles in early December 2023 and been taking without fail since I received it. I have not lost one pound. After giving it a good 8 months - I still have 6 bottles left and inquired if I could return what I have left. GUESS WHAT! I missed the window of return!! Why did they let me order so much??. Because they want your $$ and to sell you other worthless products SHAME on you Kristi Rivers "The Soul of Fitspresso"

I clicked on the Fitspresso ad on You Tube and patiently watched the 30 minute video which was very good explaining their scientific research about being able to eat, not diet, and still shed unwanted fat cells for weight loss. While the sales pitch was winding down, I started to check reviews. It was difficult to find a review that was not attached to a Fitspresso site so I am happy to find reviews here at Trustpilot.
Thank you all for your input. I was a nano second away from hitting submit. I was glad to read, for the most part, their customer service honored the advertised refund policy.
So, I will continue to adhere to that old adage, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and check reliable reviews!

Not only does this product not work, but good luck getting your guaranteed refund. The return policy states that you can receive your full refund for up to 180 days….for any reason. NOT TRUE! The package in which I received my product is stamped with the mailing date of July 19,2024, which was a Friday. That means that it was in my mailbox no sooner than July 22 or 23. I requested my refund far in advance of 180 days. Before I had a chance to put the package in the mail, I received an email from fitspresso on August 26 telling me that I would lose my $300 refund if they did not receive the merchandise by August 27. This was all still far in advance of the 180 guarantee. I wrote to customer service and attached a copy of their return policy. Their response was just a restatement of their original statement giving me from Aug 26 to Aug 27 to make the return or lose $300. I sent customer service another email, laying out all the reasons why they were not honoring what they advertise regarding returns. No response.
I have been unsuccessful at finding any information that would allow me to escalate my refund request beyond “customer support “. I would be grateful to anyone here who knows what is needed to appeal the fitspresso decision.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews here before I provided these scoundrels with my credit card number. I called and canceled the order within minutes of making the purchase, knowing it was a scam, after being 'warned that I would be charged twice if I left their video presentation early. After a week without seeing a refund, I called back only to find out that the order had already been shipped and I needed to return it for a refund. Of course the product was never delivered. The UPS tracking details show it was not delivered, and 'customer service' insists I must return the product before a refund is issued. How can a company continue to defraud people for so long and with such impunity? It's disgraceful knowing these crooks aren't in jail.

I gave it one star, and if there was a minus star rating I would have given it that. Believing their 100% money back guarantee I requested my refund on June 1, 2024. I had to return the product and email the USPS receipt, which I did. On August 13, because I inquired where my refund was, they requested I send another copy of my receipt, which I did. On August 27, 2024 the company send another request for the receipt, so I provided the receipt for the third time. Then on August 30, they emailed "sorry, you are outside the window for the return". This is a SCAM. They will not honor their return policy.

I just saw the video and decided to research FitSpresso. It appears that nobody seems to think it works and there is talk of scammers out there. Just saw on Amazon a picture of 30 capsules - supposed to be real version, but it lists 60 in the description. I don't need it. I just lost 70 pounds in a year by giving up red wine and late night snacks. I forget to eat during the day and only have coffee in the morning with some Benefiber/probiotics and half and half. I use sweet n low. When I get hungry, I have a light meal around lunch (leftover dinner things are good for this) and then have a good dinner, usually a large protein of choice - grilled steak, fish, chicken, and non starchy vegetable. I do limit carbs but I haven't cut them out entirely. I will have bread or a dessert on some occasions. I am turning 60 in a few days and I just felt compelled to say that you can fix your metabolism. Intermittent fasting and lower carbs does work- and after dinner, by 7:30, no more food. I also drink Kombucha daily with dinner and that is it. My appetite is in check. I also go to the gym once a week but I try to get it to more frequently.

It's nothing short of stealing.
Fortunately the repetitious spill and the miracles from this product clearly smacked American Scam. Even the name Fitspresso.

I watched the video. Nowedays, scammers use new techniques to to rip you of your money. And sometimes it can be so real. To the person who quoted a 4 stars must be part of the gang of those moneygrabbers. But your turn will come to get your KARMA well deserved.

Don´t buy this product.

Thank you for these reviews I hate getting scammed. It doesn’t feel good. But these reviews are good and useful. I have tried Dr. Gundry slim pills my sister gave me as a gift and those work good for those looking for something. You can look up ingredients and reviews and decide for yourself if you think they’re for you. I think it helps with inflation, releasing water in the body, and maybe good stuff (vitamins) so you don’t feel the urge to break your diet. Overtime I felt it helped me loose weight even faster when I needed to loose additional weight for a wedding. I was part of the wedding party so I wanted to to look better in my bridesmaid dress. This was in June so it is recent.

Sorry to say, I did’nt read these reviews before ordering Fitspresso. When I received my order, I checked every ingredient that was suppose to be in the capsule. To my surprise, two of the main ingredients that were suppose to be in the capsule were not, they were L-Carnitine and L-Theanine. The video went on about these ingredients as to how effective they were to burning fat. I called customer support and he said they had removed these ingredients at least 6 months ago but are still showing the video saying they are part of the ingrediants. I told him this is false advertising and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I will be returning my order and pray my money will be returned as they guarantee.

Stay away from Fitspresso! It doesn’t work! Complete rip off. They don’t hold to their claim of 180 days money back guarantee! They are completely unwilling to work with customers.

If I could give lower I would. Complete scam. I got it, (couldn't see any reviews) I have 6 + left, so not sure how many I ordered. Been taking anyways for a few months & seen NO RESULTS!

I am so glad I did my research before buying this product. I thought it sounded too good to be true and guess what? It is! The only thing it will cause rapid weight loss in is your wallet. Shame on them for playing on every insecurity I have.
