DO NOT buy shoe's from this company.
I ordered "supposedly" orthopedic shoes & they are basically cardboard. Absolutely terrible material & no support at all.
I'm not even going to bother returning them as I know I'll just get messed around. Lesson learned 🤬

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company for a refund and they have not responded through any of their channels. Poor service and false advertising. They are also located in Romania not Melbourne.

This is a zero review. I paid for orthopedic support womens shoes and I was sent flat, plastic, poor quality shoes that in no way resemble what I paid good money for. I cannot afford to lose money like this. My emails have been ignored.

DODGY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
Not only are they not in Melbourne, or Australia for that matter, the shoes I received were 100% plastic not leather at all.
Not one of their email addresses are legitimate either with no response.
Lost $60, lesson learned.

I opted for the Fitted Tee from FITTED Melbourne as a more casual piece. The fit is great, hugs just enough, length is good, and the fabric is soft. On the flip side, after a couple of washes the colour faded slightly near the collar, which disappointed me a bit. But considering price and overall style, it’s still looking good.

I have requested on 3 occasions a refund for ill fitting sneakers which I only purchased because I thought they were Melbourne based.
No reply or response at all.

I ordered a pair of shoes prior to Christmas. They arrived outside the stated delivery timeframe, but with the intervention of the holiday period, I felt this was acceptable. The shoes were shipped from China, and were an odd shape (short but wide) and poor quality with faults evident. The FITTED Melbourne website has a very convincing Returns page, however the email address listed to obtain a return authorisation is fake (not valid), and several emails sent to other email addresses on the site went unanswered. I followed all the steps listed, sent a photograph of the faulty goods etc - but no response at all. Never again. And for those who see the positive reviews, scroll down further and you will see the exact same review (word for word) supposedly posted by different authors.

They are deceiving customers suggesting they are in Melbourne. I have tried 3 times to request a return because of incorrect shoe size, on 3 different email addresses & by phone. No reply on any occasion. The show quality is poor, too.

Cheap and nasty shoes at high price and they are nothing like described they are not orthopaedic shoes. They have not responded to any of my emails to return them as they have listed false emails and false mobile details. They are scammers.

Some disgrace in China who sends cheap nasty item at high price and is nothing like what you paid for. They’ll never respond as they have listed false email and false mobile details. They are scammers.

This company sent out wrong size, I have tried to contact them twice for a refund, with no reply, I thought they were local in Australia but it appears they are not! The refund policy on the website is a joke when no one replies back! I would stay away from purchasing anything from them. Very cheap nasty products!

The shoes I ordered were advertised as orthopedic. Not only are they not orthopedic but they are the cheapest shoes I’ve ever owned. I bought them to wear around the house because of very hard tile floors. I’ll just put them straight into a donation bag. The company is not in Melbourne, Australia as implied by the name. I tried sending a message to the email listed for returns and the email was sent back to me as an invalid address. I double checked the address and it was the same on the website. You have to pay shipping for returns unless they are damaged, so not worth the trouble even if the email address was valid. The shoes aren’t worth $5 and I paid $66. Do not purchase from this company. At this point I’m glad I wasn’t scammed for more than $66.

They are not a Melbourne company and ship direct from China. I did not get the pair I was expecting and the sizing was too small across the top of my foot . Not happy.

They are not in Melbourne. Took forever. And its not to size and bad bad quality. Don't get it from here. Its terrible and zero customer service. Lesson learnt and$60.00 gone...

This is not an Australian company. False advertising. Disappointed to see my items were actually being shipped directly from China. I’m still waiting for the items and judging by the reviews I hope I haven’t wasted my money!

Have attempted to contact them several times to return some shoes that don’t fit, no luck!!!

So I can’t get a refund.

I placed an order in error, and immediately emailed to cancel the order, multiple times to the listed email contact for the ceo and the info email.
I have not had one response.
I did however receive an email to say my order has been shipped. When I click on the tracking and the listed website it says there is an error, and the site won't load.
I am guessing I won't be seeing my order or my refund anytime soon.

Update: I actually received the order - orthopaedic shoes - even though I cancelled the order request in good time, in multiple emails - with no response from Fitted Melbourne.

So, the shoes are poor quality and definitely not worth the $74 I spent.

Do I want to go down the route of return to get my money back??? No way - likely to be fraught with headaches and a waste of my time.

In short - don't order goods from this site!

Clearly a scam site..naming themselves Melbourne but from overseas somewhere...I straight away started emailing to cancel and not process. They will not reply, Dont trust...

Absolute scam site, stay away!

Waited ages - as I thought by their misleading business name, that they are in Melbourne. No they're some crappy outfit and send you crappy items. In my case, shoes that are so cheap and nasty looking - and STINK of glue, that it's appalling. Their email address is defunct as is their phone number. Luckily I paid via Paypal and my dispute was settled immediately with a full refund. TAKE MY ADVICE and stay clear of these shysters. If you want cheap crap, just go to TEMU instead.
