Five Below Avis 305

Got hexlights at my school that were purchased here. Now I am stuck with only one bc one of them decided to fry itself and had a disconnected wire, and was unfixable, and the batteries got really hot. Also the adhesive it comes with is terrible quality and barely sticks to anything. Would not purchase.

I went to the one at the RK mall. They never have anyone to help you find things. Their always stocking
shelf getting in my way so I can"t see the items. Also
I was looking at an eye shadow box. An when I turned
it over to see the price it was eight dollar's. and fifty
cents. Then when it was time to go to the register. and
have my items scanned .She was going so fast. i always check my receipt but I was in a hurry. It was only when I got home and checked did I realize she
jibed me of five dollars. am sure I won't be going back.

Want to waste money and time? You are I. The right place! Five Below sells garbage made in China that is faulty . This is a no to low quality franchise chain that totally supports China. This isn't the only store ,it's almost every store open these days that sells recycled trash to consumers at ridiculously stupid prices. It doesn't matter that it's only 5 bucks. What matters is if it's going to perform the task it was purchased for and as to be expected , it does not! Out of 48 pens maybe 7 actually write but the " quality" of how they write is less than acceptable. Absolutely poor quality . 48 gel pens not even worth a dollar! I have been to this store 4 times and each time products end up where they belong, in the trash. It's not the first time being ripped off at this store but it is the LAST .

The employee was very friendly and polite. The store is hit or miss--you are better off just going and exploring. It's a fun store and you can find unusual items. Some quality is good some ok but I enjoy finding items I have not seen anywhere.

I recently stopped by the store in Pier Park North and was thoroughly impressed with how clean and organized the store was! Everyone was so kind and Lisa helped me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!! Lisa provided amazing customer service and I will definitely be coming back!!

Shopping experience was horrendous. Store was a madhouse and in complete upheaval. Where are the staff? No one would make eye contact w me. I selected my item, 3 for $1 skinny little incense sticks, no bags to put them in. I carried them to the self checkout, had to ask for help from the young man who was trying to avoid me, stopped after I demanded he help as i had no ideal how to ring up 3 for a dollar. He counter every stick multiple times, which total being six bucks.This was fine., but time consuming. At the close of my purchase he asked if i wanted to buy a “reusable” (cheap plastic bag, this was the average grocery bag, but super thin!) to put my item in, for twenty five cents! Really? N0! I just want to get the hell out of here! What a ripoff. It was the audacity Five Below had trying to charge, for what should of been a convenience to the customer already. My head was spinning when I left he store! I won’t be back.

Bad company. Customer service is not interested in engaging a resolution because of their mistakes with order completion. No promised compensation and will unnotifiably charge your credit card 2 months later for a mistake they made. I will never buy from this company again.

You can get what you want at five below and get out fast. Workers there were friendly and helped as many people as possible. You can tend to find things that are duped and not as expensive as other stores. A good array of different items as well. The store has a good variety of things you may want, Although the lines were longer and took time to get through. I would advise you to shop here if you are on a budget and if you need to find something for a birthday, gatherings or gift exchange. You are sure to find all different sorts of things for a good and affordable price.

I placed an online order of two items, then they cancelled one item claiming it was out of stock. Well, they lied! I made another order of the same product and it went through. I had to pay two shipping charges! They are using this method to scam people out of shipping charges. Do not place an online order with this site. They are ripping people off. Contact their states attorney general and file a business fraud claim everyone.

Terrible!!! Cheltenham Mall Store...this store manager needs to be fired. This woman had the unprofessional vulgar attitude! She actually approached me like she was in an elementary schoolyard with other school-age kids, as if she wanted to give me a fair one! What store manager does that? Anyone with this type of attitude needs to call-out sick. I will never patronize this particular store again. Terrible

So I read all the reviews on here but decided to take a chance anyway. Been trying to buy this item locally for a few weeks now. But every time I go to my local stores they never have it.
So Imagine my surprise when I went online and saw that the very item I wanted was now available. Also I wouldn't even have to wait for it to be shipped to me since I could pick it up at my local store the next day.
Of course, like the reviews here have said, It was too good to be true. Not even 24 hours later I received an email that said my order had been "Cancelled". Now comes the fun part of getting my money refunded back to my account. Needless to say I am furious! The time I spent on their website I could have saved time, and fustration and just ordered from someplace else. They need to check their inventory. I am so angry about this as I see this is happening too often from reading the reviews. I also saw some reviews about peoples accounts having unauthorized charges and will be keeping a very close eye on my account. So if you are reading this and trying to decide if you should take a chance or listen to the reviews. Its your decision but I wish I would have just listened to the reviews and shopped someplace else.

Worked there for about 2 and half week Got nothing but Disrespect,Bad Attitudes and Poor Employment Experience Had to Quit Due to Manager Cant controll there attitudes and emotions!!

The people that work at the Five Below at Valley Fair Mall in West Valley City are the absolute worst! Very immature and not professional at all. No help what so ever! I hate this location. Won't return.

Bad experience my first order was over 204$ I'm missing 6 items from my cart they refuse to swap out or to send a refund for the items they messed up very disappointed and lost out on 6 presents for my kids for christmas, do not order from there they mess ur order up don't want to refund you but then tell u that u can reorder everything. Don't waste your money! Jacqueline was the worst representative to get help from her if I could leave a negative 5 star review I would and sincerely a pissed off costumer, for the future I would sincerely suggest getting rid of some of your team member with people that actually want to help the costumer. Very upset with the whole team, especially during the holidays get you $#*! together!

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from here! If u get Jacqueline as a representative immediately asked for a different one she is rude and does not care about the costumer, for further references replace her with a better teammate worst experience ever!!!

First time visiting Five Below was last night in Albertville, Alabama. First thing I seen was outfits for my Shorkie, I was excited and got her 2 for Christmas. We shopped the whole store. I was purchasing my items on the self ring up computer and noticed an error ..so I thought. The original package from the manufacturer who made the dog sweater said boldly on top $5. It rang up $5.55. I got the employee to let her know there was an error.. she rang for the manager. Now I know I might not be the smartest cracker out of the box.. but this really has me wondering what's really going on. The manager looks at the product ..then looks at the screen.. then at me to tell me to my face that it's on sale now. Excuse me?? It's $5 and now it's on sale for $5.55? I told her keep the stuff.. that's my last time to be going on a journey in a five below.. what a joke. 😄

Items displayed as $3 (kids stickers packs) get to register- they try to charge $4-$5. Employee came back and looked at display. Although multiple signs said $3 he would not honor. Fraudulent prices displayed. BEWARE!

I recently placed an order online. When realizing afterwards that I hadn't looked into the company at all, and seeing such low ratings, I had a full blown panic attack. I actually tried to cancel the payment, but it was too late.

I did receive my order, and am very happy with my purchases. Other than one minor issue, which was resolved immediately. Great customer service and very fast communication.

Poorly designed store. Product everywhere so it is hard to maneuver around the store. No one to help you out no cashier's just some person who watches you scan your stuff yourself. I am not paid to work there so why should I do their job??? If I am spending my money I want people to help me. I won't be back.
