We sell and install electrical appliances at very competitive prices, all year round. We are also part of the very large Electrical buying group, which means we have the buying power to compete with the large multiples on price, whilst still offering that friendly local shop service we have all grown to love, but is a rarity in today’s world. We also repair some types of appliances. Big enough to compete, small enough to care. We Deliver, We install, We Recycle, We Care.

I rang the store
I rang the store in the morning. I was informed which items they sold and currently had in stock. She was very helpful and pleasant. She put 2 items away for me to look at. Later that day I called in and purchased them.

Efficient Service & Friendly Tearm
I recently had very positive experience with Five star Service through Euronics. The staff were professional, polite, & kept me informed throughout the process.
Everything was handed smoothly from the booking to delivery & setup, & they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. it's refreshing to deal with company that vales customer care & attention to detail.
Highly recommend their service-reliable, respectful, & well-organized.

Excellent service and customer care
Excellent service and customer care, had an issue with replacement fridge freezer as was wrong size for integrated unit , had to remove and refit shelving to accommodate,five star was very patient and accommodating and together we resolved the issue,very happy with purchase-new fridge freezer is brilliant and would highly recommend.

Speed, efficiency and 5 star service
Went into the shop yesterday at nearly 5pm and my washing machine has already been delivered and fitted today.....not even 24 hours! Super efficient and lovely staff. The machine was the same price as AO.com so you can still stay local. I wanted a local company to get the personal service and I know if there's any issues they will sort it based on the service etc so far. I really can give an easy 5 star to this company, thank you to all.
