I can't say enough good things about Vahan and Platinum Plus Services. Knows his stuff upside down and backwards and is super friendly, reassuring, and takes the time to explain the process in layman's terms without being patronizing whatsoever. He went above and beyond to rescue my data from a failed hard drive with a bad head and succeeded miraculously. Because the drive was so damaged, it took longer than the average recovery and required a special machine, but he didn't charge me any extra. He's now my go-to guy for all my computer repairs/mods.
