Delivery time is incredibly poor.
I ordered these two weeks in advance of a party, and they did not arrive in time.
No indication of delayed delivery was advised on the website.
On the shop app, all it stated constantly was 'delivery on the way' with no indicative delivery date.
Poor service, all they could say was 'it's Xmas'.
Waste of money + then a refund can be provided, but once you've paid the postage to return it to the USA.
I won't be using this company again as the customer service is poor, as is the delivery time + management of the consumers expectations.

If you had minus stars I would give a minus. I ordered on 29th November 2025 expected Europe delivery 7 to 10 days. Despite emailing that I had still not received my order before Christmas my only response was the tracking number being resent. I have since flagged a goods not received with my credit card company as it is now 2026 and still no progress. Your customer service sent no message only my tracking number again with a gift voucher to use on your website, I would not buy anything ever again from your company. Do not recommend.

Non ordinate da questa azienda! Si dimenticano di dire che dovrete pagare una tassa di 30 euro alla consegna del pacco. Il servizio clienti è completamente indifferente. Perdita di 50 euro. Davvero vergognoso!
