They are very unprofessional , only interested in first payment. Very poor quality of writing.I had a very disappointing experience. They were quick to take the first payment, but after that, everything went downhill. The quality of the writing delivered was far below expectations—poorly structured, full of errors, and clearly not done with care or expertise. On top of that, the communication was extremely unprofessional, with delays and vague responses whenever I raised concerns.
