Fix Auto have been excellent throughout. They contacted me to let me know the work had been approved by the insurance company- something the insurance company didn't do.
They kept me informed throughout the repairs.

I was kept updated with the progress of my vehicle on a step by step basis. Whenever I get in contact with the company, I was treated with respect and courtesy from the person who was keeping me updated.
Upon the delivery of my vehicle to my home after the repair was done, the two men who delivered my vehicle was cautious and very polite and professional in their dealings with me.
I am overall very pleased with the service provided by the company.

I scratched the bonnet my new Lease car and it was pretty bad. Ben and his team immediatly re-assured me they could get it back to looking new and they did! The car was ready and waiting for me as promised when i returned from my business trip. A1 service and A1 quality job.

Ben and his team were allocated to fix my car by Arval. Ben was polite, helpful and professional. I needed my repairs completed very quickly (3 days). Fix Auto achieved this and communicated progress regularly. They even delivered it back to me at home to save me fetching it. The car was fully valeted inside and out. Brilliant service. The attituded and inability to listen to the customer (myself) was not only very unprofessional but exhausting, if Ben hadn't of assumed that he is always correct, our situation would have been resolved more effectively, when the result was exactly what was explained to him in the first instance.

Fix Auto UK made a very difficult situation as best they possibly could. One major component was unavailable and was preventing the completion of repairs to my damaged car. Ben stuck at it and, working together with me and Ford, saw this through to a satisfactory conclusion. I'm so grateful and impressed.
