No complaints - there was an issue getting hold of a few parts which was out of their control. Although it delayed the repair all of this was communicated very well.

Fast, easy, and hassle free service
I used FixAuto through my insurance company after a third party caused significant damage to the drivers side of my vehicle. From the initial contact from Marcus to the WhatsApp images requested, vehicle drop off, courtesy car (an impeccably kept Skoda Kamiq) and the final vehicle collection, the service has been second to none.
I was updated at every stage and even contacted when a repair they thought was accident related hadn’t been approved by my insurance so this could be rectified. Marcus and Amelia provided great customer service throughout.
Upon collection the cars repairs were explained in full, all of which were perfect and above what we expected.
Will definitely be returning for any future repairs!

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, slow and when i picked my car up it was covered in a thick layer of dust.

Great commuication

Marcus and Darren were both very helpful during the drop off and collection of my vehicle. Updates/communication could have been more regular initially whilst awaiting parts but on contacting the garage we agreed frequency of contact. Courtesy car available for duration of repairs and smooth collection of that. Repairs completed to a high standard. Opening hours of garage difficult for working people, closing at 4pm didn’t allow much flexibility for pick up. Overall good service!

The lads at Fix Auto were a pleasure to deal with. Had my car which had been in a collision fixed by these guys and the work that was put into it to get it to how it was was spot on. They refurbed one of the wheels which was included in the damage and made it look better than the original condition that it was in, so I asked the lads to look after me regarding the other 3 wheels also and the price they provided was unbeatable. All the work that I had asked for extra was literally done for the next day.
Would highly recommend Fix Auto and will definitely go back to them for any other work.

Amazing service! Cant fault it!
Marcus made this a really easy and calm experience. When I arrived to drop the car off for repair he was waiting for me with a courtesy car on hand, he explained everything really clearly to me and didn’t keep me long. When I returned to collect the car, I received the same service. It was repaired in 7 days and the car had been cleaned when I picked it up. Amazing service and super friendly staff.
