Efficient, helpful & friendly staff.
Prompt communication by helpful & friendly staff. Had to wait a few weeks for a mutually convenient assessment, but that was then done very quickly and the repair organised within 2 weeks. Drop off & collection were very efficient, immaculate courtesy car & mine was mended within a week & looks like new (& clean!!). Great service.

The only downside was nobody every answered the phone which was frustrating when trying to sort things out
