Great experience and process
Had car repaired through insurance. Process was great, from initial call, car drop off, communication on progress, and eventual pick up. Every one was friendly and polite! Very happy with the process and outcome.

amazing x-ray capability
amazing, the assessor had the ability to assess the damage from a few exterior damage. He also had the ability to assess non-visible damage that apparently was the main contributor to the vehicle being 'written off'. Evidently the small digital camera used had an x-ray capability!

Excellent customer service from booking in , to drop off and receiving temporary car.
Was kept up to date and informed throughout time working on car, although missed a small thing was very professional and sorted this out efficiently.
Definitely a garage worth using excellent job done and lovely welcoming staff on reception

Belt molding replacement on passenger door window
Had major repairs done to my BMW X5 a few years ago. This was a small job, by comparison, but I immediately contacted Fix Auto to see whether they could help me as I trusted their workmanship. Arnie was very helpful, as was the technician who did the work and the receptionists. Very pleasant atmosphere and would highly recommend. A lesson in not always returning to the dealerships!

A good experience.
My car was collected and earlier than I was expecting. They kept me up to date with the repairs and gave me an end date for the work and met that date. The work was done competently and looked good when finished.

Overall a great service
Overall a great service. The only issue l had was on returning my car after the work had been completed l had a new airbag light on my dashboard which hadn’t been there before. However this was sorted out swiftly too. Thanks
