The whole process with this garage took far too long in my opinion. The phone lines rang out each time I called and no option to leave a voicemail for them to return the call. However, the works carried out were to a good standard.

My car got rear ended in a collision and was sent to auto fix for a repair. It was done quicker than I thought and was delivered and collected within the times promised. I was given regular phone call updates and was happy with the service provided to me

Excellent repairs good as new! Only gripe is I had to get some marsking tape of the inside of the door and dust marks inside the door frames and rubber seals from sanding I believe would of been 5 stars buy 4 and a half is my rating

There as not much communication…
There as not much communication regarding when my car would be ready to pick up. I heard from the hire car first to let me know I had to return the hire car. When my car was brought back to me it had a large water stain on the drivers seat which they said I could return it at a later date to be cleaned. The car had been cleaned outside but not a great clean. On the plus side the staff were friendly.

Poor Service and communication
FixAuto was assigned to me by my insurance company for accidental repairs to my car. The garage had a dispute with my insurance company over fees so my car was untouched for nearly three weeks on their site. Communication was poor to say the least and ended with them trying to charge me and excess to release the car when insurance company had waivered the charge. Also, when car was brought out to me bumper wasn’t aligned with bonet so had to go back in while I waited for it to be fixed. Poor service, poor communication. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Hi Leon, we are sorry to hear that there was some issues with your insurance company and that the authority took a while, unfortunately awaiting authority is not generally about fees as all the rates are pre-set by the insurer it is usually the time it takes for the insurance company engineer to physically look at the damage and agree the repair process, unfortunately on this occasion it took them that long to send us authority to start repairs, we do try to speed them up by chasing them but ultimately they authorise when they get to it. Obviously we cannot start repairs until that written authority is received hence the delay. In terms of the repair quality and communications we hold our hands up to that and will be sure to look into that further with the team to find out how you car got through quality control and the comms were not good enough with the aim to improve those areas in future. they had my car for a couple of weeks, difficult to get hold of Fix Auto, usually takes 4 calls, tried 10 times during one day, even enterprise couldnt get hold of them, eventually they gave me the mobile number of the manager.
went to collect my car on 28 June, it looked like they had stuck porridge in dents and sprayed over it, I rejected the car and they took car back to do it again properly, eventually collected 8th July, happy with quality of job this time.
