Very friendly, efficient service from the initial quote right the way through to completion of the repair.
The result of the job itself was excellent and the car had also had a full valet when I collected it.

Very helpful on the phone, up dating me on the journey of my car through out its stay with you, I left it very clean inside, when returned to me the inside was absolutely disgusting, having to get it valeted (not happy)

Helpful and friendly staff

On reading the reviews posted on their website I was pleased to see that they seemed to have shrugged off the problems of their previous incarnation of Panel Craft. I was expecting my car to be finished to a high quality & returned in the time promised, sad to say this was not the case.
I was given a timescale of 3 weeks initially 9 weeks later I finally got my car back.
After their initial inspection I did get a telephone call to update me that they had ordered the parts and that everything was going to plan. That was the last call I received from Fix Auto Daventry until they wanted the excess paying. It was left to me to call them to get regular updates on progress.
I was told that they were having trouble getting part for the Air conditioning, which was undamaged, in the accident. At first it was a hose, then it was a clip to connect the hose to the condenser. Both of these parts were readily available from Toyota, as I found out.
When I did get my car back the repair seemed to be done to a good standard, however, my car was covered in a thick film of white dust (my car is black) from a neighbouring business. The standard of cleanliness inside the vehicle was little better with the rear parcel shelf & boot looking like they hadn't been looked at.
All in all, I'd say a leopard can't change its spots. Fix Auto, Daventry is as bad as Panel Craft was.

My car went in for repair unfortunately Insurance company wrote it off as not cost effective to do the repairs. The staff have been fantastic from the lady and gentleman that bought and collected my car and the courtesy car to Debbie and Rebecca on reception. Jake was brilliant knowing that my car had sentimental value to me he was so kind and helpful. All staff are a credit to the company x

The only reason 5 stars wasn’t given was because there was a lack of communication and updates.
Repair work is second to none and the staff were always lovely.

Fix auto made an excellent job of the repair and their customet service was brilliant. Only issue was it took longer than expected to repair but that may have due to difficulty sourcing the parts. Maybe they should have got the parts first, then collected the car for repair?
