Poor Communication and One non Customer Friendly Person
Whilst the repair appears to have been done well, it took twice as long as they said it would and at no point was I given an update that there would be a delay and why. One person in particular, Steve, was unhelpful, brusk and because he tried to polish out a mark we noticed with a dirty cloth, actually put a couple of scratches on the new repair. Kristy, however was great - very polite, helpful and patient.

Due to a temporary staffing issue caused by illness and holidays there was a delay in some repairs however you should have been updated to this so again apologies we did not. I am pleased you are happy with repairs following rectification of the scratch. Car repair
My car was collected for repair when I was told it would be. It was returned when I was 5old it was going to be. Al, the staff where very approachable, helpful and friendly.

Great Service
The whole repair process was easy and efficient from first contact, reception and completion of the bodywork repair to my Volvo. Staff were friendly and obliging and delivered the desired outcome.

After some unfortunate events Fix Auto were amazing!
My car ended up with Fix Auto Deepcut after unfortunate couple of events. A neighbours tree had fallen and smashed my windscreen and when the windscreen was repaired it was dropped slicing through my dashboard! Fix Auto were asked to repair my car by the windscreen company. Right from the outset Fix Auto were excellent. The main communication was with Kirsty who was wonderful, polite and attentive and very sympathetic to my issues! She kept me updated regularly before and during the repair and I felt nothing was too much trouble. She is just the sort of person every company needs in a customer facing role. The repair itself was completed quicker than scheduled which was amazing and the guy who collected and returned my car was again professional and polite. (I think his name was Mark). Due to the car being ready quicker than planned they returned the car to me at work rather than home which was extremely helpful. I am very impressed with the complete service I received and would be happy to use Fix Auto again and recommend them to friends and family.

Brought back a damaged and dirty car
Brought back a damaged and dirty car. It has been full of sand. Didn't want to provide the evidence that it has not been initially damaged and spoke down on me. Did not want to send me any documents or call the insurance and just left. Terrible service.

Good evening, I am sorry we have not met your expectations. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and vehicle repairs. Your vehicle gets a free courtesy clean, not a valet. As you are aware your vehicle was collected/delivered by our recovery truck and has not been driven by ourselves other than loading/unloading and around our clean workshops so not sure how we could have got sand in your vehicle. As we made you aware on the phone you signed a damage report to say the lamp was broken already and also our estimator had photographs showing this. It is not the case we did not want to phone the insurer. In fact, as soon as I got off the phone with yourself i contacted Admiral myself and logged an expression of dissatisfaction with Fix Auto head office by email and provided them all information to prove the damage on your vehicle was there prior to us collecting it.
