On an interestingly excellent level,
I had an incredibly superb experience with Fix Auto Durham relating to my Nissan Qasqai, and it's bodywork in relation to dints and scratches which was caused by someone's unfortunate accident.

The unknown can cause great worries. But from my first telephobe call interaction with Fix Auto Durham customer caller helper, namely Donna, very pleasant and welcoming in a family friendly manner and very professional. I had my arrangements and I arrived on the premises. Subsequently, met Donna who acquired all required information. She said the person to examine my car namely Jason was on his lunch. Whilst on the one hand I said, please I can wait! I didn't want to interrupt his lunch break! I waited in the reception but it was a sunny day and was truly hot. On the other hand, Donna went away and told me to wait in the reception... I walked just outside of their reception office. Thereafter a few minutes. A man came out, namely Jason, incredibly approachable and very pleasant to talk to, examined my car, told me of their procedures and processes and other relevant information, including picking my car from my home address, the deadline finishing the work.
I left Fix Auto Durham. The car was picked from my home, by yet another incredibly family friendly member of their team namely Michael to collect my car from my home address. I must admit Michael is an amazingly helpful and supportive guy and their service is pretty swift, efficient and professional, including their way of effective communication.

Undoubtedly, for future reference, I will further use their services and most certainly can recommend Fix Auto Durham's services to anyone.

In addition, I have been a customer of many many auto businesses in the NorthEast. Never had such amazing experience. Therfore huge thanks to Donna, Michael and Jason, I have had the highest possible standard of Class services for the first time from Fix Auto Durham in the UK.

I have just had my wife’s vehicle repaired by Fix Auto Durham. Outstanding craftsmanship, Michael was superb throughout, explaining the process from start to finish. He even dropped my vehicle off for me at my home to avoid any inconvenience to my working day. Donna was great also, kept me updated on the progress of the work and when my vehicle would be ready by. They really went above and beyond, I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have their vehicle repaired.

Just been sorted by fix auto due to an accident with my car and I couldn’t recommend any garage more. Michael was a cracking fella, super cheerful and friendly made the experience as nice as possible, everyone on the call desk were extremely helpful and kind, the work they did was also quick and efficient. Excellent service, professional and great workmanships

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. As a young girl sometimes garages can feel quite intimidating but everyone was so lovely! Micheal brought my car back and explained everything so clearly, he was so friendly! Oh and thank you to Donna who answered the phone everytime I rang with every little silly question I had!
